Allight ladies...lets talk about something that many of us have probably had to ponder. do you prefer a man with a circumsized penis...or a man who is uncut. which is more visually appealing to you and what do you feel comfortable dealing with?
some gynecologists say that having sexual intercourse with an uncut penis can leave a woman more susceptible to vaginal infections.
but lets discuss this here openly. men, feel free to comment here as well if you have any thing to share on the subject but check your damn egos at the door.

I don't know what to say! Are there actually uncut people left?

Oh yeah, Osiris! Totally!
Which is why I can't answer this poll: I've never been with a circumsized man! :D My b/f was my first, and continues to be my only and he's uncircumsized. Maybe it has something to do with his Catholic mother...(who had a baby when she was 16...ahh, the contradictions of religion! She had premarital sex, but she would never dream of using a contraceptive! Sigh.)

Before I was a lesbian, yes, I did think about the penis. :vamp: :D I too heard tales that the uncut penis wasn't so healthy for a female so I opted for the circumsized penis. ;)
I don't have to worry about either, LOL but I answered your question Farrah. If I was straight, I would prefer a man who was circumsized. :femm2:

my thing is this....doctors tell you that if you are a male and have an uncut penis that if you DONT keep the area under that skin exceptionally clean...then there WILL be a problem with bacteria...and that does pose a risk to the female.
i do not find that attractive. so i prefer circumsized.

Well in my view.. it is not really the guys' choice and to do circumsision later on in life is actually pretty dangerous which is why they do it at birth..
I almost had it done but the risks were too high for me so I am uncut and that is the way I am staying lol..
The only problem I HAVE Found with it is putting a condom on lol.. they are so biased because if you are cut it just goes right on but when you are uncut you have that extra skin lol...

Yep. Exactly so. True that if you don't keep it clean, it can become a problem. Answer: Keep it clean. Not to mention the guy doesn't really have much choice in the matter. AAANNDD condom manufacturors SUCK. They SUCK. When the condom dosn't go on right, it can be less effective, it can slide off, or it can even be too tight and painful (VERY painful from what I've seen). So I love Jim, no matter what, but an uncut penis is really more trouble than it's worth so we've decided that if we have kids we're circumsizing the boys.
As a man who was unfortunate enough to get circumcised later on in life rather than as a baby, I'm glad to hear all the pain I suffered that summer was not all for naught. lol
Girls prefer us cut! Woo-hoo! ;)

A bunch of my guy friends are Catholic and grew up in Ireland, and apparently it's unusual for a guy to be cut there.
In terms of medical reasons, there really aren't any. There is some medical research that suggests uncut men have more risk for some kind of penis cancer, but the risk is so extremely low that it's not worth mentioning. Infact, the glands in the extra skin for uncut men actually have antibacterial properties. As for women, there hasn't been any direct correlation between uncut men and an increase in cancer for women, though it has been suggested. Personally, I think scientists will eventually find that almost anyone you do causes risk of some kind of cancer, so I'm always skeptical about precautions taken to avoid said risks.
Now, personally, I'm uncut, and there haven't been any complaints from the ladies. I've actually heard a few comment that cut men often seem excessively "wrinkled" or something. And, as for the condom comments...I dunno, I don't have any problems with them. =P

my gynecologist never said there was any risk of CANCER for me (or any woman) if i had intercourse with an uncut man, BUT she did say there was a risk for bacterial infections. If an uncut man does not keep his penis meticulusly clean it can be very unhygienic and a breeding ground for bacteria. That's what i've been told many times.
Oh, yeah, I haven't heard anything about that.
And LMAO, I just realized I said anyone you do. I meant anything. :\

Stupid question here lol...but I'm thinking the whole condom thing negates the bacteria issue for women...

very good observation Vil. but it doesnt mean that the gynecologist shouldnt have told me all the possible risks LOL...and condoms break..and EITHER WAY, like i said for myself earlier...i just PREFER a circumsized penis.
by the way MADAME..did YOU vote in the poll? :D?

My point was just that it's not AS big a concern for the guy in that situation...
And no, I abstained from voting in this one :p

I'm thinking it may work like STD's. I don't know..I just keep remembering my Sex Ed teacher ranting about how condoms are never 100% safe, lmao.

This is really intersesting as over in England and most parts of Europe it is a lot more common to find a man uncut and to my knowledge women there tend to prefer it that way.
As for all this talk about hygiene... I don't think that a man with foreskin is anymore prone to infection than a person without, if that were the case then all the doctors EVERYWHERE would insist that children are circumcised at birth. Like any body part that involves fluid it is wise to keep yourself clean but everything that has been said about hygiene and foreskin can be said for the vagina. And for that matter almost all male mammals have foreskin, nature couldn't have gotten it THAT wrong.
Now on a more personal note the helmet for all cases is the equivalent of a clitoris, can you women imagine living your life without your 'clit hood'? - (‘Clit-hood’ - The bit of skin that covers and protects your clitoris - female foreskin). Constantly having it exposed to outside stimulation will over-time make it less sensitive and this is seen with circumcised helmets as the skin actually hardens whereas my protected helmet has a texture more akin to the texture of my tongue - soft, supple and responsive.
As for aesthetics’ when erect the two (cut and uncut dick) look very similar as the foreskin is designed to roll back on itself. During sex it is almost impossible for a penis to enter unless the skin rolls back to expose the helmet if it hasn't already due to stimulation. If by some chance it hasn't the vagina naturally does this as do condoms. - To put it plainly I don't think any of my sexual partners have really seen my foreskin as normally I'm 'ready to go'. I also actually prefer the feeling of my foreskin rolling back and forth over my helmet during certain acts (not head) than when I'm so stimulated that my foreskin can hardly move - like a cut man. (You may need to clik the link below to get an idea of what I'm saying).
Someone posted earlier about difficulties with putting a condom on and foreskin, this shouldn't happen the condom should be tight enough to retract his foreskin unless he wasn’t aroused enough or he/you simply didn't put it on correctly.
------------------------------------------
Researching into this further I have come to the conclusion that preferring cut men is completely down to social conditioning, though it is not better (or has been unquestionably proven that it is better) to be circumcised. Many cultures circumcise out of religious beliefs and I'm guessing that America has a high circumcision rate because of the influences it has had on its society. But none of these influences can 100% prove that having foreskin is more dangerous.
The Foreskin is intended to:
Protect
Makes sex feel better
Lubricates during intercourse
Lubricates during masturbation
Reduces the drop insensitivity through age
Allows the erection to grow
Increases sensitivity slowing intercourse
Removing it takes away all the above factors and you don’t gain anything from it.
(Those of you that are still unsure I would urge you to click the link below and read the information there before casting further judgement especially if you don’t know what a foreskin is, does or have never seen one on an erect man).

Thats interesting because I was "Cut" at sixteen due to growth problems where the shaft grew faster than the forskin (Really not the happiest story). When I got cut I noticed a huge change sexually. I went from being able to last 45 minutes to an hour to being able to last until I felt like "busting". I do remember it feeling better to me before when I was uncut, it was alot more sensitive. However I never really was comfortable with it going off randomly so I love the control I have now since the head is alot less sensitive. Now I can go for hours if needed until I feel that I have pleased the woman which is really what gets me off anyway. There is nothing worse than firing to early on your first time with a girl I say.

I know exacly where you are coming from with the whole uncertainty but I like to think 'sex is like a box of chocolates...'
But seriously even though an uncut man is more sensitive than a cut man he can control himself if needs be, there are techniques that can ensure that they can last the pace.
For me I would hate for my 'boy' to be less sensitive as I love the feeling too much especially head!

But you'all are just saying what you prefer without even considering the implications of what does to a man.
Preference or not I wouldn't give up my sensitivity for nothing!
(But it is your thread and more importantly your site so I'll leave the subject alone, I hope my input was useful).

it was a joke you vagabond. ;) i just noticed how the men came flooding in here ..while we women MOSTLY avoided the men's thread. if i didnt know better..i'd think you were all in the closet! :p :D :haha:
and i think those of us women who made our preferences known are happy with what we like.

lol this thread somehow got me into a discussion about this with a (cut) guy who said he wouldn't cut his son if he had one, but that he was glad he was because if he was any more sensitive than he was already he'd have to kill himself lol

Lol, fun thread ;)
I as a lesbian have honestly not been in contact with that many penises, heh, but where I live I seriously don't think that many guys at all are circumsized, I don't know why they should be.. I mean I guess there are reasons but to me it sounds pretty scary, lol...

Honestly it doesn't matter i guess most guys i've been with were circumsized though so who knows... We had my son done when he was first born because of the whole Hygene thing i dunno but i do remember crying cause i felt bad that we were as i said "snipping his pecker" lol i could hear him cry from down the hall (the nurse said the crying was pre-snipping but i'm still not so sure...
I've never experienced the circumsized man so I can't say !!

I am uncircumsized and i've just been really lucky in the fact that I have only ever really been with guys who were uncircumsized as well and in fact the first time I saw a circumsized penis I was like.. "what the hell?!" I just didn't really know what to do with it.. it looked sad and like exposed.. and gross, and just weird haha.

I think both are not bad but i prefer men with an uncut one. Im not saying if someone came along who was circumsized i would turn him away but i do prefer some foreskin there, don't asky me why because in all honesty i do not know why i prefer skin but i do.
