Being Bobby Brown follows Brown, his wife, pop superstar Whitney Houston and his extended family over the course of six months as they put their respective lives back together. The series will also demystify Brown's relationships with Houston; their daughter, Bobbi Kristina; his children from previous relationships, La Princia and Bobby Jr.; and his brother Tommy, Bobby's personal manager.

One of the hottest R&B stars of the late '80s and early '90s, Brown is credited for popularizing New Jack Swing, which is hybrid style of R&B or soul music combined with Rap or Hip-Hop rhythms. A founding member of New Edition, Brown left the group in 1986 to embark on a solo career. Brown's second solo album, "Don't Be Cruel," which was released in 1988, landed him on the cutting-edge of modern R&B and spawned the no. 1 hit "My Prerogative," the ballad "Roni," and "Every Little Step," which earned him a Grammy in 1989 for Best Rhythm and Blues Vocal Performance, Male. Brown's other hits include the "Ghostbusters II" theme "On Our Own," "She Ain't Worth It," "Humpin'Around," "Good Enough," "Get Away," and "That's the Way Love Is."

LOL Brandon...you have to admit though it was FUN to watch. it was a guilty pleasure! this show is going to be just as popular as the Osborns because its unapologetic and its going to be this summer's guilty pleasure fer sure!

It was funny but some stuff was just embarassing lol.. Like when you have to use subtitles for the whole show because we wouldn't know what the hell they were saying otherwise lol?

Bobby is such an ass, he called his daughter, Bobbi Kristina a fat ass on NATIONAL TELEVISION while they were in a clothing store. :rolleyes: and there was another scene in which he and Whitney totally forced her out of their hotel room just because they couldnt wait to have sex. You see poor Bobbi Kristina banging on the door for her mom..and then you hear whitney and bobby screaming in pleasure. so TACKY! LOL

I can understand where alot of people may find this show watchable but I am completely turned off by it. Whitney Houston is a joke and has turned into a nightmare. What an embaressment for her family. Bobby Brown is a hasbeen and is using whatever is left of his fame to send his kids down a similar path. I am embaressed for his children for they have to go to school and look the other kids in the face knowing that the other kids probably watched as Whitney and Bobby got it on in the Hotel room or started dancing and singing about buying sun glasses. I used to really respect Whitney but now she has totally degraded herself and her family and has probably ruined any chance for a comeback. I mean who would really take her seriously? The way she treats her fans is a joke as well. I believe that celebritys should have their privacy but she is just completely rude and obnoxious to anyone that attempts to approach her. If she does attempt another comeback these are the people that are going to make or break her and she is shooting them down left and right. God help their children. This is totally my opinion and not those of this web site or it's sponsors......I always wanted to say that.

CANTON, Massachusetts (AP) -- Being Bobby Brown ain't easy these days.

A family judge ordered the singer arrested if he sets foot in Massachusetts after Brown failed to show for a hearing Monday over delinquent child support payments.

Brown's attorney said it's a "very difficult time" for Brown, 37, whose tumultuous marriage to Whitney Houston is coming to an end. She filed for a legal separation earlier this month.
