It was really great. I really want that black dress and boots lol
I didn't like that they threw all these other acts in there though - it's MADONNA. Use the limited time for her. It would have been good enough to just have Cee Lo during Like a Prayer because that would have been a great surprise cameo, but the others especially LMFAO were just dumb.
I did appreciate that she recorded the songs just for the Superbowl, rather than just playing the album versions. But it made me think: can you imagine if she recorded a greatest hits album and re-recorded all the songs now that her voice is stronger?

She sang Vogue & Like A Prayer live though.
I was impressed by Cee-Lo...he really SANG on Open your Heart & Like A Prayer. I didn't think he had that in him.
I did like watching Madonna "shuffle" w/ LMFAO but she didnt NEED them @ all for her act to to be success. Madonna knows quite a bit about showmanship & she's the complete entertainer.
I'd LOVE to see her revisit some of her classics now w/ her stronger voice...thats why I LOVED Ray of Light. Coming off off her voice training for Evita...the vocals on Ray of LIght were amazing!
She worked it out in those boots didnt she!? I loved that! I wanted them too!
She now can boast the highest rated/most watched Halftime show in the history of the Superbowl/NFL! Top THAT Beyonce & Gaga! --------->

Are you sure she didn't just record herself singing those songs just for this performance?

w/ Like A Prayer I think it was definitely live. I've been to 5 Madonna concerts & I can tell the difference between her live vocals & prerecorded. It's little things but noticeable still. W/Vogue...certain parts (mostly the beginning) were pre recorded but I believe she sang the verses live. Music, Give me all your Luv, Open your Heart were all definitely prerecorded.

Side note, I heard her new song on the radio and it was completely different than the one in the video. I just looked it up on youtube and it's an LMFAO remix. I personally like this one a whole lot better than the original!! I just wish they would have kept MIA in it. Her verse was sick. But this is definitely going on my iPod.
