So here i will try to post some recipes and some pictures for the recipes that i post.

Unless it is necessary b/c some components of the dish needs it to be correct i will not write down the amount of each ingredient (mainly out of lazyness :p) neither will i write down salt & pepper because in most of the dishes that is always a necessity

Rib Eye, with garlic haricot verts, balsamic cherry tomatoes and homemade potato salad
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/SiD_Sorry/Foodimade/2011-06-16182825.jpg

Ingredients:
Rib eye - Sear the rib eye in a pan, you can either cook it all the way there or put it in an oven to get it the way you want it to be.

Potatoes
Mayo (1 part)
Sour cream (2parts)
Parsley (or the herbs of your choosing) - Cut the potatoes into ca 1x1 cm pieces, boil them and then mix the mayo, sour cream and herbs together and when the potatoes is cooled of mix them together. PS! you can vary this potato salad the way you want to, use youghurt or light products instead of sour cream, you can also ditch the mayo if you want to)

Haricot verts
Garlic clove - rub the garlic clove in a pan, then use a little bit of butter or oil in the pan and roast the haricot verts.

Cherry tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
olive oil - mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil, cut the tomatoes in two then drizzle the mix over the tomatoes, put them in an hot oven for a few minutes.

PS! I would love some feedback.
Also tell me if i should use links instead of pic's in the thread.

PSPS!
Also i would love some other recipes i can "borrow" pictures is always welcome :D

YOU made all these things? they look VERY visually appealing!

I like the 2nd dish. I've cut down on alot of red meat but I'll still have a little here & there as long as there's plenty of veggies to go w/ it & i see you've included that.

The last desert looks very tempting too!

I wish you'd been around when I was asking for crockpot(slow cooker) soup recipes a little while ago! I love stews & the like & winter time is the best time to make them.

Thanks :)

The one's with meat i made at home, the cake and dessert is from a restaurant i used to work at, the 2nd one was actually dinner today.

I don't have so many recipes for crockpots and stews, i don't make it that often, but it's something i've been trying to improve on.

So next saturday it's my b-day and im making dinner for some friends, so i bought in some ingredients already

The flavours will be: Roe deer (a roast) redbeets, parsnips + some more for the entree, and for dessert something with cloudberries :D
