Warner Bros (http://www.comingsoon.net/news/topnews.php?id=10040#). Pictures has picked up teen horror-comedy spec script Absolute Angels, written by Genevieve Jolliffe and Andrew Zinnes, for Jolliffe to helm in her U.S. directorial debut and first studio deal.
Variety says the story concerns a lonely goth girl who gets invited to join the high school cheerleading team only to learn the cheerleaders are actually a pack of vampires.
Mosaic's Alex Gartner and Chuck Roven will produce the film.
