really? if you don't mind me asking I noticed there's a big rift in Cable fandom, which do you prefer the Hardline Soldier from the future that fights with weapons and his wits or the Meta-messiah that uses his mutant powers and knowledge of a thousand years to steer the world?

i was just wonder cuase one again huge rift in the fandom and its like most characters have one uniform way to be show even if you screw up the characterization you get the broad strokes but with Cable you get 2 completely different and almost conflicting views its nutty and fascinating to me. And its odd cause if in the X-family Cable represents the future these two ideas almost paint a picture of how humanity is moving forward.
