With the Shocking Turn of Events that had happened the night before with the arrival of Rachel, an Ex Doctor of Mystech, and Erika King who revealed herself to be the sister of both Alison and Cameron, things were definitely much more Stressful within the Six, but today they would feel the effects of the aftermath in the Morning After. Each of them regretting something they said the night before and not wanting to admit to each other that they were sorry and really wanted to apologize.
Cameron and Haleigh went out to breakfast. The two decided to take this rare moment to just catch up on everything and somewhat share clues of what had been happening. Cameron still did not know that Erika was his real sister and Haleigh did and it would be something that should struggle with over telling him today.
Blaze and Erika along with Rachel are in Blaze's Penthouse as Blaze begins to tell Erika what has been going on with Morgan and about their fight the night before. They are sitting in the living room and contemplating when will be the best time to show up to Alison.
Meanwhile, Alison and Morgan along with new friend Delilah are sharing Breakfast in Morgan's Penthouse. Alison, who retired to her chambers early last night missed all of the turn of events with Erika and in fact doesn't even know that Erika is at Illustra. Morgan and Delilah now contemplate on whether they should share the news or whether Alison will be able to figure it out on her own.

< Erika sat in the living room of Blaze's Penthouse Apartment High Above on one of the Top Floors of Illustra as she sat drinking a cup of coffee. The caffeine was just what she needed. She had finally gotten out of her street clothes and changed into something a little more professional (http://www.donnakaran.com/images/catalog/product.P10049.small.jpg). The warm taste of the French Roast lingered on her lips as she turned to Blaze and Rachel. She had just finished telling them the story of how she came to be and why she was here. She could sense a little confusion on their parts, as if they didn't know what to say. It was something Erika had anticipated, but she wanted everyone on her side when it came time to break the news to Erika and Alison. She had to be upfront and honest. >
"I know.. it's a lot to take in. I just want to have everyone with me when I sit down Cameron and Alison and let them know about this all today..."
< She could sense Blaze's anxious attitude of meeting with Morgan again today after what happened. Erika placed a friendly hand on the firestarters leg and smiled, showing her concern as well. >
"Blaze. It may not be the most comfortable of atmospheres, but everything I have seen all of you do together, the good I have seen you accomplish..it's all still there... and plus I am sure Morgan will be preoccupied with Alison.. If things get heated, I will assure you that there will be no violence against you.. It's a promise and besides.. if there is, you know I can heal you..."
< Erika laughed for the first time since she had arrived at Illustra, though she figured it would be one of the few times that it would happen. This was a serious issue. Erika HAD to protect her family against their mother. She had spent too much time and energy protecting them to let anything happen to them now. She would sacrifice her own life to see her brother and sister lead happy ones. >

:: Cameron looked at the menu before handing it to the waiter and ordering the Pancake Special with a side of Bacon and a Screwdriver to drink. It may have been early in the morning, but the events of last night still rang clear in his head. Two strangers popping up seemingly from out of nowhere only to both request the Help of the Six? Something about it didn't make sense but from his standpoint he couldn't figure out who wasn't telling the truth; Erika or Rachel. He looked at Haleigh as he tried to recall something he had heard the night before. ::
"So last night... Erika went up to see Morgan? And she returned with all of her limbs? That is very odd? How did she get past security? Something about that girl seems off...."
:: Prophet's thoughts went instantly back to his dream the night before, the flashes of what he believed to be his family. Could Erika really be telling the truth or was this just yet another agent of Mystech hellbent on Revenge of the Six. Everything had become so Complicated now and things just didn't make sense at all. ::
"My only problem last night was Alison, you would THINK finding out that we are related would have allowed the Tree she had shoved up her ass to pass, but I guess not.. Some people NEVER change..."
:: He felt like a little schoolgirl, gossiping with his girlfriend before English Class. ::
"And did you SEE Morgan just KNOCK out Blaze? That was so unexpected! It didn't make any sense!"

- Kelly sat there completely appalled as Erika told them the story about her horrible and sadistic Mother. Little did Erika know but that horrible and sadistic Bitch was sitting right in front of her and if she thought her dear old mother was crazy back then, she was in for a rude awakening. The entire story Kelly spent thinking of interesting ways to kill Erika and Blaze both where they stood all the while "Rachel" looked concerned and interested in the conversation, almost crying at the point in which Erika took Kelly out. That horrid bitch would suffer for what she did. Kelly had a job to do, Erika got in her way. Had she not, she would have let the child live..probably. Witchfire sighed deep inside as Rachel came to the forefront, offering advice to one and all as Erika added even more nauseating words of relief to Blaze. Rachel smiled and sincerely looked at Blaze and Erika. -
"Erika.. I just want to say... I mean wow.. you gave up so much for your family. I was an only child..it's people like you that make me wish I wasn't.. and Blaze don't worry.. we are all gunning for you. I can't help but think my prescence just made things worse.. I just wish I could make it up to you..."
- Rachel put her head down and pretened to be in deep thought while Kelly was considering turning down the assignment as she didn't know how long she would be able to keep this chipper persona up. However, the plan seemed to be working. Blaze and Morgan were isolated, Blaze was obviously in her corner as was Cameron. Her next conquest would have to be Haleigh, and she knew the perfect way to do so. When Kelly had returned to her penthouse after sending Rachel to bed, she got the chance to scan Haleigh's mind, figuring out all of her secrets and problems. They would be the perfect chance to exploit her emotions, make her feel things she hadn't felt in years.. Sadness? Longing for love? Oh it was going to be great. That suspicious bitch wouldn't know what hit her until it was too late. In fact, none of them would, but perhaps Kelly's biggest challenge would be to keep Erika and Morgan apart, the more time they spent together, the more they would ponder the existence of Rachel and they might just figure it out. And if this new girl Delilah planned on staying longer than just a visit, she had a plan for that to. Nobody would be able to leak through the cracks this time. They would all suffer horrible, miserable and painful deaths at her hand. It was music to Kelly's ears. -

Haleigh ordered simply with a smile, Bacon and Eggs, an English muffin, buttered, a small scoop of strawberry jam, 'those little sausage links things', oh, and a Hurricane. the waiter must've thought them both alcoholics, drinking at 7 am, but he nodded and left. Haleigh ran her fingers through her hair.... she wasnt sure how much to tell Cameron. He was the last person on earth she wanted to manipulate or hide information from... but she wondered if it would be too much for him at once.... and she didnt want to bombard him. On top of that.... call her jealous and insecure... but she didnt want Cameron to accept this new family of his and allow a rift to form or grow between him and Haleigh... of course, Hales knew Cameron might be tempted to poke around her thoughts to see if she was being honest with him... so she easily compartmentalized these things and gave him thoughts that matched what she said aloud.
"Yes... I was just as surprised... apparently Morgan's feline came into the apartment last night and got Erika to follow her... so I imagine that with Stinkerbell's company, Morgan gave Erika a chance to explain herself.... Well she's obviously got powers, I mean, she survived my first attempts to stop her... and she healed you.... so i dont think she's here to cause us any harm. I know the number of sisters you have seems to multiply like rabbits everytime we turn around... but just... pace yourself. She seems... like a genuinely GOOD person, from what I can tell. It's that Rachel Gray that I'm not so certain about. I mean.... she just SHOWS up... and knows who we all are? I mean, we dont exactly go broadcasting 'The Six: the new ghostbusters'. I dunno... she's HIDING something... and its not JUST her natural hair color... but at the same time... she almost reminds me of me years ago.... in my navy days. I used to want to help people, solve the world's problems... I used to be naive and ... moral. I used to want to do the right thing. Perhaps I'm just paranoid. Perhaps we SHOULD help this girl."
Haleigh sat up as the food arrived, smiling and thanking the waiter, taking a sip of her slushed drink. She scooped a forkful of eggs, taking a bite and spreading jam on her english muffin with a thoughtful look on her face.
"Pfft... Alison. She will HAVE to come to terms with your 'relationship'.... Morgan is only doing her a disservice by allowing her to live in the dreamworld she's in now. Oh, I saw it alright." She said, taking a bite of her muffin and chewing for a few seconds, taking another sip and continuing. "I doubt Morgan can see the repercussions of last night. Something went VERY wrong in that penthouse last night. Which reminds me... if she will do that to her own sister, whom on any other day she'd give her life for, then you and I are in GRAVE danger. Now You Know, I would like nothing more than to drag that woman out into the street and beat her to a bloody pulp... but we are going to have to be diplomatic with her... we will have to be choosy with our words... and well have to pussyfoot around any kind of hostility... until we pin point what is WRONG with her, and how to SOLVE it. That almost WASNT Morgan last night... it was something dark, and dangerous... and well have to be cautious. Promise me you'll be careful."
This was a side of Haleigh that Morgan and Alison never saw and probably never would see. It was a side that rarely came out anyway, and if Cam tried to point it out, it would disappear quickly, and Haleigh would deny it profusely, arguing that a dead partner did her no good, and that she'd have no one to watch her back, or that she was obligated to warn him because of their original agreement, and then she'd tell Cameron to eat his breakfast.

<<the sun rose...and shown through the sliding glass doors leading into Morgan's chamber of dreams.....the breezy morning air flowed through....and chimes played soft morning melody...but still, the super model lay sleeping...some of her hair over her face....and tinkerbell was nearby, sprawled out..all was silent...and despite the bustling of the city far down below....Morgan heard nothing. she was painfully tired and as there were no obligations or engagements this morning....she could enjoy th RARE occasion of SLEEPING IN!>>
<<Delilah would be able to make her way through the house and find whatever she needed in the way of linen and morning refreshment. she might even come to wake Morgan so that they can meet with Alison before noon>>

** Everyone split up into their respected groups, something Blaze didn't mind. As long as they stayed together, she felt slightly better. Once Rachel and Erika were in her penthouse, she offered both a quick tour of her place. It was a friendly gesture in case either of them needed to use the ladies room. Afterwards, she specially ordered Starbucks coffee delivered to her door. Unlike Haleigh and Cameron who drank alcohol, she required something more stronger in her opinion, coffee. Blaze was an addict to the company's coffee, not only was it strong but fresh brewed. **
"That's impressive Erika, especially the criminal profiler. It reminds me of a television show I adored called Profiler. It was based on a serial profiler like yourself but the plot had a twist including a psychotic killer who was obsessed with the main character."
** It was true, Blaze felt very tranquil around Erika although she couldn't comprehend why. Perhaps it was her earthy nature or her kind words. Blaze was grateful to have her company. She glanced over to Rachel who seemed saddened, which Foxy fell for the act. It was one of her weaknesses, seeing women cry broke her heart. She gently reached over to run her hand down Rachel's back. **
"It'll be okay. And don't worry about me....I was rather harsh with Morgan. I lost control of my temper. In a way I deserved to be knocked in the jaw. Morgan wanted me to shut up and what better then to break my jaw."
** Her eyes moved down onto Erika's hand who slide down onto her knee. Raising a curious brow but Blaze didn't mind at all. She nodded before lowering her eyes to the carpet, "yes, I wanted to thank you for your assist. Although I can heal from injuries, it takes my body time when bones are broken. I was glad for the relief of pain."
** Blaze hadn't known many witches other then her sister and Ororo and even Alison. All of these women were concerned with mother nature and the way the world revolved. Blaze could connect this with Erika. **
"I can see you have Cameron's features, although you seem to have more dominant features like an older sibling. I haven't really gotten to knock that wall down he possess but I do respect him. I'm not fooled by his bravado or his need to be independent. I think he's a man who does need help but refuses to admit it. Morgan clearly detests any and all men who are pompous, rude, or arrogant. I myself have a difficult time trusting men because of something tragic that happened to me during my teenage years."
** Blaze shuttered at the memory of being pinned against the Principal's desk, the memory still bothered her. She knew Erika was secretly reading her, but she didn't mind. So she began to explain more. **
"I was raped by my High School principal....he called me into his office to discuss my GPA. Gullible I believed him....and he threatened if I ever told anyone he would make sure no college would want me and I'd never graduate. As he was raping me, I tapped into my mutant powers of pyrokinesis and I burned him to death. And after that I burned down the school as well. I did successfully get into a great college and I left the hell behind me. But when I meet men I don't trust them. I think your brother is probably the only man I do. I think he can sense it from me or he's read my mind already. I'm unsure but I have nothing against him or Haleigh."
"Haleigh is one of my dearest friends in this group. She and I share many things in common and I can honestly say I would do anything for her. She's like a second sister to me and I'm glad I've met her. We share this deep connection and we're able to jest the other provocatively. I highly respect her too and I know she's covered my six plenty of times."
** Blaze slightly blushed, she was babbling on. Reaching across the coffee table for her Frapachino, she took a sip of it through the dark green straw. Holding the plastic cup in her hands, she began to explain more about Morgan. **
"Morgan is my older half sister, we're linked to the same father or we were. But he was struck down by Morgan in MysTech. She and I met in London on a team called Valiant. A group of select people who came together to battle a cause. Everyone on the team was intimated by her but not I. I saw this great amazon with a beautiful heart, I sensed it. My six senses were the key. I was able to see what others failed to do. We soon found out we were sisters. On a mission, we found Black, a lethal nemesis who nearly killed Morgan by he mortally wounded me, capturing me. The whole team thought I was killed. In reality I was brought back to the MysTech labs. I was probed and prodded by scientists and doctors, even subjected to the TO Virus. Most people usually fell to the death or were involved into a complete metamorphous. The test failed for my healing ability. But at the head of the team was Christopher Victory, my father and Morgan's. Morgan had found me but she also came with a team including Haleigh, Cameron, Alison, and Alexis. Alexis' father was partner's with Christopher. She came to strike down her father and she did. But she's away right now and hopefully you'll have the opportunity to meet her."
** The creamy Frap seemed to melt with Blaze's warm hands, who placed it back on the coaster. "All of us are starkly different but in a way we're the same. Our stark contrasts bring us together. And together we're a team, although at times I'm not so sure. I'm always stuck breaking up an argument between Morgan and Haleigh and Cameron. Hal's and Cam are like brother and sister, bonded together. But I have no quarrels with either."
** It was at this time that Blaze's black and white tabby strolled into the living room. His purr loud but his eyes were mysterious, "Midnight." She grinned down at him, scooping him up at her arms. But suddenly the hair on his fur stood up once he saw Rachel. He instinctively hissed, showing off his pearly white fangs, "Midnight! Calm yourself." Blaze followed his line of vision, it was Rachel. Suddenly he leaped out of her arms and sank his claws down her face, drawing blood. "MIDNIGHT!!" Yelled Blaze, who dashed to grab her cat but he took off, running up the wooden stairs. He stopped and glanced down at Rachel, hissing once and then disappearing. Blaze ran into the bathroom grabbing a washcloth and some bandages, returning to play nurse, "I'm so sorry, he's NEVER done that." Blaze stopped for a second with a frown. Her eyes moved to Erika, revealing an idea that almost scared her. **
** Her mind called out to Cameron, her voice was frantic and she seemed distressed. She connected with him, informing him of her news. Cameron, this is Blaze! Midnight has just attacked Rachel. And he's NEVER done that but I also noticed Haleigh's dogs did the same and Tinkerbell did to. Animals can sense the GOOD in people, which concerns me. Everything was fine until Rachel came here....she was the reason I fought with Morgan.... **
** Blaze applied the washcloth to her face, "Erika, we might need your healing powers here." She sensed Midnight's distress, which concerned her. Inside his body she read fear, anger, and untrustworthy. This news startled her, perhaps this woman wasn't who she said she was after all. **

::In Alison's private room of consecration, Madonna's "Shanti Ashtangi" plays over a state of the art sound system as Guardian practices one highest and most strenuous forms of yoga. She sits...and poses...a stern yet calm look on her face...as she moves through her exercises....at the same time, flexing her telekinetic power as she lifts various objects in a timed pattern throughtout the ENTIRE house...everything from the smallest spoon to the largest grandfather clock ......its a physical and mental discipline regime that she engages in every morning. her body is in excellent shape..one might even say her body is quite sexy...but with the figure flattering, skin tight leather battle suits she wears...no one from the Six except morgan has ever seen her "softer side".
::the song plays on...as Alison contorts and then losens her body in a variety of positions.....effortlessly orienting her body every which way. As she completes her routine...she loosens up..and stretches...slowly disengaging....before patting herself with a cotton towel and taking a few gulps from her aquafina::
::time passes, as Alison refreshes herself in her mosaic shower chamber with a large over head that rains down on her as if she were in a rainforest....after her beauty ritual, she sits infront of her oak vanity, which is remarkably similar to the one she had while staying with Ororo in Limbo. She looks herself over as she puts her into her trademark sleek bun w/black hair sticks. Selecting a casual ensemble denim distressed jeans and an feminine asymetrical one shoulder black wrap around top with a matching leather black wristlet and black high heeled boots....Alison stepped in front of her three way mirror...breathing in before exhaling and SMILING to herself...she was back on earth...and happy...no immediate stress ....and now she and Morgan would be able to continue on with Illustra......though she was a Seer...she was instore for a very rude and unpleasant surprise::
::She stepped out of her nature inspired penthouse and made her way around the bend down to the main corridor of this floor to the express Elevators to go up to Morgan's. She was remarkably refreshed..and it showed in her smooth alabaster skin and sparkling cobalt blue eyes....a pity that happiness and joy were things too often denied Guardian in this life...and today would proove no exception::

<<Morgan slumbered ever so peacefully...more so than she had this past week. it was now nearly 11 am...the latest she had ever slept in since the Citadle caper. Tinkerbell began to stir...as she sat up...and stretched her sleek and slender little body....she looked up at her mistress....and slowly walked across the bed..making her way to the side of Morgan's face....and after a few moments...she began to gently lick Morgan's cheek...>>
<<Morgan's eyes flutter as she stirs>>: hmmmmm tink?
<< she immediately brings Tink to her...craddeling her as a baby as she sits up>>
oh my.....its nearly noon!!
but i DID need the rest...after last night...
<< she got up....grabbing her silk mini robe and wrapping it around her nude frame as Tinker squirmed from her arms and began running down the hall..meowing in that demanding way that only a siamese can>>
yes yes..my dear..you're hungry.
<< Morgan makes her way to the large, state of the art kitchen with its hard lines and cold metal accents....feeling lazy, She decides to pull one of her mother's stunts...and waves her hand before pointing to Tinkerbell's feeding area...silver sparkling shards swirl before a fresh ceremic saucer of freshly cut tuna appears before tink...along with a ceramic bowl of purified water and a smaller bowl with just a tiny bit of milk for a treat. Tinker happly runs to her spot and enjoys her food...as Morgan turns and points....several vents open allowing the fresh morning air into the house....as chimes play...and wind now flows through the house. Morgan takes a bottle of aquafina and a bowl of fresh fruits and seats herself at a small two seated table far across the length of the living room and main dining room...now watching the traffiic below...the birds in the air...and enjoying soft music by Bach. she knew Delilah would be awakening soon....>>
<< a soft tone is heard at the double doors...Alison has arrived. Morgan waves her hand as she enjoys fresh cantelope and the doors slowly open for Alison>>
Good morning!.....as you can see....I slept in...but i kind of needed it. I havent dressed yet...im just enjoying my fruit.
<<Morgan was not shy about her body...and her mini robe was more a "cover up" than anything else.>>

::Guardian entered..the breeze felt very good against her face and skin...she smiled as the sound of classical music and subtle chimes provided atmosphere in this stylish cutting edge penthouse::
Morgan...you DO look refreshed...and i feel BETTER than i have felt in a LONG TIME.
::her high heeled boots clicked on the marble floor of the foyer before finally making her way toward the sunken in living room and over to the cozy area where Morgan was sitting which was covered by plush carpeting::
are you okay....i mean from last night..Cameron and Haleigh came up here to ambush you about The Parthenon. I guess if it had been up to them....Ororo and I wouldve been lost trying to free me of Imagiomg's touch. I feel kind of bad....they are ALWAYS finding a reason to provoke you....

<< Spellbinder put her hand up to stop Guardian....motioning for her to seat herself across from her. As she enjoyed more cantelope, the wind caused some her hair to blow to the side....she moved it away as she spoke>>
Alison...TO HELL with those two..okay? I am NOT sorry about what i did. You're well being is more important than some stupid press junkent. IF i hadn't been here...WHO would have known what was happening to you? who would've helped Ororo? NONE of them care about you. They cant stand ME either...yet...somehow...I have not been compelled to evict them all ....and in my own heart ...i feel that there IS a reason they are meant to be here...that WE are meant to be here.
<<drinking aquafina...Morgan continues>>
Last night..DELILAH arrived. She's going to be staying with us for a while. I know that you're already aware that she's here...but the timing of her arrival was almost DIVINE....she stopped me ...from MURDERING those people last night.
which brings me to why I'm glad you're here.
<< the soothing, regal, timeless classic music continued to play as the beautiful white clouds drifted along outside and around the top of Illustra>>
I ..have to tell you something. I do not know if your powers have allowed you to KNOW what is going on or what is coming...but you need to know now before ......
<< Morgan looked down......she kept thinking about Cameron...she HATED him..and she felt that HE would harm Alison...he would use this revelation of their bloodline to mistreat her...and no doubt HALEIGH would add to it....images of those two looking totally depraved and evil raced through her minds eye....and her face tightened with disgust>>

::having seated herself and adjusting her feminine blouse, Guardian breathes in once more enjoying the fresh air...she and Morgan began talking as they often do...she takes a strawberry from Morgan's bowl and dips it in some sugar::
::Sigh:: Do you really think this is all WORTH it though? Illustra is now more a FORTRESS than it is the fashion capitol of east coast. Look at the lengths you're going to to keep those two in check. maybe we SHOULD get rid of them now before its too late.
::she heard morgan's response...about perhaps there was a bigger reason..and that she couldnt throw them out prematurely....despite how BADLY she wanted to....and then...she noted Morgan's hesitation as she stated that she had to tell her something. Judging by the look of Morgan's face....it had to be something bad...and it HAD to have something to do with Cameron or Haleigh..or BOTH::
Morg, your nothing if not blunt...and you NEVER run away from things...so just tell me. I've been with you through just about ANY and EVERY thing we could imagine....I will handle this too. What is it?

:: Cameron nodded to the waiter as his meal came to him and he happily began to dollop some butter and syrup on his pancakes. They were quite delicious. Prophet took a big bite as he swallowed, adding to Haleigh's thoughts and concerns about Morgan and everything that was going on. ::
"I know what you mean Haleigh.. I mean Morgan has always been an insufferable bitch, but I mean last night she took to new heights. That didn't seem like her. Something is definitely going on with her. And abot Rachel.. I mind scanned her. She checked out clean.. I saw everything, from her birth to her first job as a waitress to graduating Med School to Mystech. It was all there. Maybe you are just uneasy that she was actually a product of Mystech, and I understand, but for now, we just don't know...I think it is our job to protect her right now.. and I will be careful Haleigh, what we said in the Citadle still stands to this day.. we protect each OTHER..."
:: As Prophet took another bite out of his stack of pancakes he heard a distressed signal coming from Blaze as she sounded pretty frantic and upset. Cameron quickly responded and then looked at Haleigh. ::
"Really? That is interesting.. Maybe we should head back there and check on you, in case things get too much too handle.. We'll be right there..."
:: Turns to Haleigh ::
"Looks like we have to cut this breakfast short.. Blaze just said that Midnight attacked Rachel.. that animals can sense good and evil, blah blah blah, going all metaphysical on us, but we should go just to make sure Blaze doesn't confront her or anything..."
:: In truth, Cameron really didn't even connect the cats or animals not liking Rachel as anything due to the spell that Kelly had cast. It was blocking all of them from noticing the small things, but perhaps the spell was fluxing and sometimes allowing people to notice things that under the spell they normally wouldn't. Even still Kelly was safe from the Six for now. Cameron and Haleigh quickly payed for the breakfast and headed back to Illustra, a place they felt they never left. ::

< Erika was rather enjoying her time with Blaze. The two were quite similar in their attitudes towards the world and other things of that nature which seemed completely out of place, considering how different they appeared to be. Erika was a witch of the Whitest Magick who had an affinity for Water and Blaze was a no nonsense street smarts mutant with an affinity for fire, but alas, there they were sitting on the couch and talking and pretty much enjoying themselves. Blaze told Erika about the rape story and she seemed completely and udderly shocked by the event, but was relieved to hear that she had seemingly gotten over it, though the Pyschologist in her knew that she would have lingering issues with it for years to come. Taking a sip of her coffee she looked at Rachel who seemed a little distraught that things were her fault. Erika comforted the woman with a kind smile. >
"Oh, Rachel, you musn't blame yourself for the actions of others...Things just escalated to a point beyond anyone's control.. sometimes people lose their cool.."
< Erika didn't want to sound like she was defending Morgan to Blaze, but she didn't want to sound like she was saying the opposite either. She had met both of them and found them to be pleasant people. Erika didn't play sides, she was always a mediator no matter where she went. She turned back to Blaze and laughed. >
"Well it seems you have been a part of a team your whole life.. quite strange for such an independent woman..."
< The conversation was blockaded by Midnight's biting of Rachel's face, as Blaze ran into the bathroom, Erika was distressed as the wound on Rachel's face healed with a flash of golden light. It was part of Erika's power. When Blaze came back the wound was gone. >
"I am sorry, but I just, when I see people in pain, my power just does the work for me.. all I have to do is think about it.. I guess it's just survival instinct..."
< Erika noticed how the cat just randomly attacked her for no reason. It didn't add up. Something wasn't right about Rachel, and Erika knew what it was.. she would have to converse with Morgan later that night.. >

"Ha, yes Of course you think we should protect her, i don't have to be a telepath to know why YOU want to help this girl... you wanna help her out of those tight little pants."
Haleigh smirked knowingly, winking and taking another sip and a few more bites while Cameron spoke. She was already nearly finished eating, she had a habit of eating so fast it gave the people WATCHING heartburn. She dabbed her lips with a napkin as a man in a suit walked up to their table. He wasn't with the restaurant, that was for sure, his blazer flew open, revealing a holstered weapon. Haleigh held her hand out, signaling to Cameron that it was okay. "If its all the same... I've had our newest 'friends' looked into as well. I'm sure you're right Stud, I dont question your mindscan... but it never hurts to measure twice." The man bent over to whisper in Haleigh's ear, handing her three black folders. Haleigh clenched her jaw, sucking a deep breath in through her nose and turning to look up at the man. she took the folders from him, licking her lips and sighing heavily.
"How did this happen?" She asked in a low voice. She sounded slightly upset. She glared up at the man, who took a step back and averted his eyes, obviously nervous. "We don't know. The most current information is in the third folder." he replied firmly, looking back at her. She nodded and turned back to the table. She took a sip of her hurricane... "I want three seniors on it. Make sure Agent Armani is one of them. Grant them full resources. I want to know everything a.s.a.p. Do you understand? Button up that blazer, you're flashing that Smith and Wesson in these people's faces, making everyone uncomfortable." He nodded and pivoted, buttoning up and leaving the restaurant in as much of a hurry as he came.
Haleigh reached into her purse and pulled out a small case, opening it and putting on a pair of small reading glasses (http://www.freewebs.com/titaniazane/034.jpg). She opened the first folder and skimmed. It had a headshot of Erika and a few surveillance shots from when the FBI looked into her life before hiring her. Hales read aloud softly, so as not to carry to the next table but loud enough for Cameron to hear.
"Dr. Erika King. 5 foot ten inches tall, a breezy 120 lbs, brown hair brown eyes. Born in '71. Valedictorian of her class in '89. Graduated with honors from Harvard University with a Doctrine in Criminal Psychology... huh... explains all that prodding she was doing earlier. Resides in Newport Beach. Currently employed by Newport Beach PD. Has run her own practice, has also worked with the big bad FBI. Family: ... Uh.... [clears throat softly]Father Jonathan King, believed deceased, unknown cause of death. Mother Kelly King, whereabouts unknown. Siblings... Sister, Brother, identities unconfirmed." Haleigh glanced up at Cameron, passing him the folder. It had much more indepth information than it had sounded like when Haleigh skimmed through and read the first sentence of every paragraph after her physical stats. There was comprehensive info on all the collars she'd help to make, all of her closest collegues names and job titles, everywhere seh'd ever worked. Beneath the first few pages of background information were copies of her birth certificate, diplomas and degrees, former tax return papers, all previous hospital reports, banking records. "I dont know Cameron... this is looking more and more possible." She set the folder on the table for him to take if interested, as she tucked a lock of hair behind her ear and readjusted her glasses, opening the next folder, not noticing that Cameron seemed to be in mindspeak with someone.... This folder had a DMV picture of Dr. Rachel Gray attached in the upper right corner, and was organized the same way. Haleigh analyzed this folder with more scrutiny... She read through the most important things, looked closely at the Birth certificate, the degree, tax returns, hospital records, looked for anything out of the ordinary... and found nothing.
"Nothing. A driver's license and not even a speeding ticket. Not even a goddamn parking ticket. Pays her taxes on time, even gave to the local charity to escape her guilt. Might as well be a minister's daughter. Fucking POSTERGIRL for the American Dream... rags to riches and all."
Haleigh shut the folder and looked up at Cameron to see if he was okay. Maybe she WAS just being paranoid about Rachel. If her people couldn't find anything... there just wasnt anything to be found.... which meant either she was the most innocent woman in America... or she had some VERY powerful people covering her shit up. She didnt seem like the woman with connections. After all... she came to them... the most dilapidated 'team' ever to be cursed into existance on earth, and she'd come begging for their help. Cameron told her it was time to go.... animals freaking out. Did any of the Six ever finish a meal without some bizarre interruption?
"Situational Management, Damage Control.... good idea."

- The scratch cut deep into Kelly's face. She dabbed her finger on the wound as she screamed out in pain. She kept thinking about these damn pets and how she would definitely have to do something about them all. Maybe cast a spell to make her invisible to them or something, but they were definitely wearing on her nerves and risking her cover being blown. She had to do something. Still Rachel had to pretend to be the whiney snot rag that she had tricked everyone into thinking she was as she jumped back looking petrified as the cat ran away. -
"MY FACE! OH MY GOD..."
- She then looked at Erika as the two had a very unique exchange. At first it seemed as if Erika was healing her and then the wound was gone, but it was not by Erika, it was by Kelly's own regenerative powers. She knew about Erika and knew that she would not be able to heal evil. That girl was smart and using subtle manipulation to try and get inside the head of Rachel. Kelly would not be taken that easy. Rachel touched her face in awe. -
"You healed me! Oh thank you..."
- Kelly thought quickly as she looked down at her shoes. -
"I guess I will never be able to wash the smell of Mystech off of me..."

<< Morgan finished her fruit bowl, having shared some of it with Alison...and they went over to the sitting area of the sunken in dining room...closest to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic window>>
<< Morgan elegantly seated herself on one side of the leather sectional...while Alison sat directly across from her>>
Alison......this isnt going to be easy..but you must know...and I would RATHER You hear it from me than one of them.
<<tinkerbell came trotting into the area...mewing a bit as she jumped up onto the spot next to Alison....pushing her head under Alison's hand for some attention. Morgan smiled a bit as Alison welcomed Tink into her arms>>
I know you dont remember much from the caper at the Citadle. Ororo said that Imagiomg's assault on your psyche prompted your psi screen to go into over drive...and that you would not remember anything consciously....BUT with everything that happened......there was something that we learned....something IMPORTANT to you.
<< Morgan sat still...and breathed deeply...as Guardian STARED at her>>
Alison......you have a brother...AND a sister...and they are both in this building. Cameron...and Erika King....they are your younger sister and brother. It was one of the many reasons why Mystech targeted you. They had something on EACH of us...that connected us back to Mystech or each other....and your bloodline with Cameron....was what connected you. But apparently....you also had a sister....I met her last night...and we talked. I confirmed her identity..and she was telling the truth.
<< Morgan sat forward>>
I....I'm sorry that I could not tell you sooner. When Cameron and Haleigh came up here that night and you revealed why they were here.....it was no longer the right time for me to say anything...and Haleigh will try to use this against you...but I will be here to protect you.....and help you every step of the way!

:: Alison fell back ...although already sitting...when Morgan spoke those words...suddenly...FLOOD GATES opened in her mind....as she was frozen in what seemed to be a tremendous flashback. No Doubt...as Seer would have the most vivid of visions : past present and future......and the name Erika King ...along with Cameron King ......Morgan's voice echoed in her head as the world around her SHATTERED like glass..and she found herself back on the west coast....aged 10....with a very serious scowl on her face....next to her...a younger girl...who was happy and cheerfull , and a baby boy....images...more and more, voices, places, times...they all came back..and finally with the ominous sound of a BELL tolling and thunder crashing...Alison snapped back...with a gasp::
NOO!!! I WANTED TO BE RID OF THEM!!!
::she stood up in a fury of disbelief and emotion::
MORGAN...YOU SAID YOU WOULD PROTECT ME...and you LET THEM IN THIS BUILDING!
:: and turning toward the double doors....her face now enshrouded in shadow::
and NOW i know why i couldnt remember Cameron ...why i never wouldve GUESSED. ERIKA cast a spell on me! WHO ELSE would have known how to cloud my powers as a SEER with a spell.
:: his fists her clenched as halos of dark magick formed around them::
it doesnt matter now....i WONT LET THEM RUIN MY LIFE!....ILL KILL HER FOR THIS!!
:: Alison stormed out of the sitting area and was now about to go and confront Erika herself. Homing in on her location with her own power as a Seer::

WAIT!!
<< Spellbinder tried to grab Alison's arm to stop her from leaving..but no sooner than she touched it...Alison BLINKED OUT of Morgan's pent house>>
DAMMIT!!
<< Morgan stood where she was and extended her arms.....spinning "wonder woman style"...a malestrom of wind forms around her as sparkling magicks flow.....and in a blast of light and thunder she was now wearing......black long sleeved mini dress with a plunging V neckline....along with black thigh high high heeled boots and a black choker around her neck. her hair was down and styled in the updated "Farrah Fawcett Feather" hairdo....>>
I have no time to waste...i've got to get down there and keep those IDIOTS from interferring!!

< Erika found herself bombarded first by the entrance and physical touch of Alison and then she found herself on the top of Illustra Inc. her older sister standing there and looking extremely cold and vile as she hissed at Erika loudly, her face enshrouded in shadow. Erika did not take very kindly to this as he thrust her wrist out of Alison's and look at her not with hatred but concern. >
"First of all.. Alison, if you will kindly un HAND me and allow me to explain myself before you threaten anymore physical violence, we should be okay..."
< Brushing off her shirt, Erika continued, seemingly unphased by Alison's use of the Dark Magicks. >
"I came to you because...Mother has escaped from the Hell Dimension that I banished her to years ago. I came back to warn you Alison.. Can't you for ONCE trust that? I cast a spell on you for your own protection... a spell that has kept you alive for years.. even after you left our family.. I still protected you.. So, I am sorry to be harsh Alison, but maybe you should examine your own actions before questioning the ones of the one person in this world who has spent more time and energy protecting you than she has in her own personal life..."
< Erika somewhat turned away as if she was extremely hurt by Alison's words. After all, Erika acted out of selflessness and love for her family and this was the thanks she was getting? >

** Relief fell over Blaze's face once she saw Erika heal Rachel. She was shocked at such powerful magick, she didn't have time to blink, "that's amazing." She moved to sit back down on the couch. Her heart beginning to slow and ease its rhythm. The Mutant seriously considered a vacation, after all the hell the six had suffered. Blaze was in need of a long relaxing trip to perhaps the Bahamas. Just the thought of white sandy beaches and a blazingly hot sun lit her eyes up. Blaze had no idea Alison was on her way to her penthouse or Morgan for that matter. How would she handle seeing her sister again? It would soon be revealed in time. **
"I'm really sorry about that. May I get you anything?"
** Her words were kind and sincere, a hint of guilt poked her heart. Midnight usually didn't attack unsuspecting strangers. And Rachel was just a lonely frightened young woman with a bad past. But perhaps in her isolation she had no contact with real animals. Getting up, she tossed her empty coffee cup into the trash can not far away. She stopped looking around, her eyes dashed around her place. Lifting her head up more into the air, she sensed someone nearby. Narrowing her eyes, "come out!" She barked, she was in no mood to be friendly to the stranger. Her ears intuitively listening to the air waves, picking off the air frequencies. Running her hand over her sterling silver belt, she grabbed a minute dagger. Striking it into the air, the weapon expelled into a full size bastard sword with gemstones designed at the end of the sword. She awaited for the intruder to show his or herself. She gripped the sword tighter, ready to attack without questions. **
EDIT
"Alison! Morgan...."
** Blaze's eyes drained from their warm inviting sage color as she flicked her sword twice, the weapon fading from view. Her temper had risen and so had her desire for company. Waving her hand a large gust of fire circled around BOTH Alison and Morgan. **
"FIRST of all, how dare you both come in here uninvited to my place! Alison whatever your deal is with Erika you WILL lower your hostality or so help me FUCKING God I will throw you and Morgan out! I'm very on edge especially with you!"
** Pointing her index finger at Morgan, Blaze glared at her sister. Waving her hand, the fire disappeared until she folded her arms across her chest. **
"What is it you want Guardian?"
** Normally Blaze would be more humane but after Morgan's attack, she was defensive. She awaited, ready to strike out at both of them, even if both were much more powerful. **

< Erika turned her face back to Alison, staring at her dead on. It was such an intense moment. Neither was intimidated by one another and eerily felt as if they were vulnerably equal. Erika fluttered her eyes as she gained her composure to talk with Alison once more, not wanting to lose her temper. >
"Okay, Alison.. yes you left... but HAD that spell not been cast, you would not be where you were standing today.. Mother had plans to kill BOTH Cameron and yourself. Mystech foresaw ALL of this. You were unaware, VULNERABLE to attack. I did what anybody who cares about you would have done. I am not trying to come in here and be the savior or hero or anything of the sort. I have watched over both of you ever since I cast that spell.. just WATCHING.. making sure you were okay, wanting both Cameron and yourself to reunite.."
< No. This just wasn't right. Alison was verbally attacking her and Erika didn't know just how far Alison was willing to take this dispute. Erika faced her estranged sister once more. >
"You know, Alison. There USED to be a light in you. You used to be somewhat human. Do you remember the nights that Mom would try to force me into using dark magick, and you stood up for me? You HELD me when I cried! Do you know how BAD it hurt that the one friend I felt I had in the world left me? Left me to pursue something DARK? Something she knew I renounced with every fiber of my being? And yet? I TRIED to shield you from yourself.. from Mystech from EVERYTHING. If you can't see that as real LOVE Alison.. then I feel sorry for you. But I am not leaving. You may not be happy about it, but I need to find mother and I am going to need all of us to destroy her.. It's the only way..."
< Erika Sighs >
"So.. that's the plan.. the BIG confrontation. If you haven't realized yet Alison.. you've been arguing yourself this whole time..I know you have MISSED me.. I know there have been times you have regretted leaving.. but none of that is the fault of your BROTHER or myself.. It is all at the fault of the woman who created us all and now wants to destroy us.. so you can either fight alongside us or I will try my best to save you when she comes after you..."

"I'm SICK of you Morgan! You're not the same sister I respect and love. So if you want to kill your only sibling then DO IT!!"
** Stopping just a few feet from Morgan, Blaze outstretched her arms in a T shape. Her deep penetrated looked right into Morgan's own. She'd rather be dead then see Morgan in such a dark light. **
"Your not my real sister....she died in the Citadle....so do it then Morg. You're not yourself but if you feel my life is worth taking, then please remove me from this earth."

Haleigh caught Camerons eyes.... he didnt even have to say it, she was in a full sprint, right beside him. Cam kicked the door down and went for Blaze and rachel, protecting them, bowling into morgan on the way. With Morgan trying to regain her balance, Haleigh had time to take everything into view and neutralize the immediate threat. She stood in the threshold, one hand on the frame, the other stretched out. Instantly, all the metal in Blaze's living room disintigrated and shot for Morgan's hands, swirling around them and binding them together in thick shackles that were so heavy even Morgan couldn't keep them lifted. The metal composite was stronger than its parts, making it nearly impossible to break, even by shift X strength... they would hold for a good few minutes.... plenty of time to get everyone to safety or knock Morgan to neverland. Haleigh pulled a gun on Alison, moving quickly behind Cameron's shields.
"Take her and GO.... Don't give me a reason, this is for OUR safety."

Haleigh was about to let Alison have it, not with her weapon, but with her words... words that could be far more painful and piercing than bullets. She wouldn't get that chance.... She was hit first with the full brunt of Alison's jet stream, back out into the hallway walls with such force it seemed like she might go straight through or break a few bones on impact. The walls gave to her body, and she fell to the floor in a heap. Fucking hell.... now I know what my CD player feels when i drop it. Haleigh got up slowly, blood running down her face from a cut over her eyebrow and one on her left cheekbone. Neither were that deep of serious... and Erika would surely try to heal them.... Haleigh wiped away the blood that got near her eye and looked at the others. She snatched Blaze up by the shirt.
"WHY?! Why did you do that?? I WARNED you to be careful! Can't you SEE?! I dont want anything to happen to you! I CARE about your crazy ass!"
Haleigh froze.... a look of bewilderment locked on her face... She let go of Blaze and turned away quickly, heading for the Elevator. She couldn't believe she just said that... Maybe she imagined it. Maybe no one else heard it. Maybe if she jumped off a cliff, she'd sprout wings. ;) She quickly changed the subject, turning back to them but avoiding looking directly at Blaze. She wiped more blood away from her eye.
"Come on.... all of you, back to my place again, before Morgan orders her security to execute us. there's all kinds of tech shit in these walls... I helped orchestrate the defenses, I would know."

** But before Morgan could even strike her beloved sister down, Cameron rushed in, knocking the bolt away before it inflicted any damage. Haleigh was followed behind and somehow managed to suck all of her furniture into some sort of weapon. Blaze couldn't catch her breath when she was hurled backwards, out of her apartment. Landing roughly onto the ground, her body felt sore and bruised. Gritting her teeth, a pair of two sharp fangs protruded out of her lips. **
"She threw ME out of my own damn apartment!"
** Blaze was seething with rage when she was yanked to her feet by Haleigh, who nearly ripped her shirt. Blaze raised an eyebrow at the other woman, trying to read her. What was even more intriguing was her confession. But Blaze let it go, instead she pressed away the wrinkles in her shirt before she massaged the back of her neck. **
"Morgan is a wild card right now but I know she wouldn't actually kill me. She might be insane but she's not someone who would kill her own sister. I unnvered her, don't you see? If you get inside her head psychology you'll learn a few tricks. And next time she has an episode, use an illusion of snakes, she's afraid of them."
** Blaze began to follow Haleigh, a grin plastered over her lips. So the Rambo cared for her? How sweet, Blaze already knew it however. But the confession just surported her theory. But for Hal's to admit such a feeling meant a lot to Blaze. She remained in silence, her fangs disappearing again. Her anger relaxing more. Her grin could only grow but why did she grin? Well, that's for me to know! haha just playing. ;) Well, let's just say she was able to provoke some "fire" within Haleigh, something Blaze had wanted to see for awhile. And now she got it. **

Haleigh was furious, and it could be seem as she stormed off the Elevator, blaze in tow. She was pissed about not getting the last word up there, she was angry that Blaze hadn't listened, and she was livid that she'd gotten yet another chance to pulverize not only Morgan, but Alison as well, and she'd passed it up, letting the opportunity slip so she could save her teammates and some woman she'd just met. Haleigh stopped midway down the hall to her apartment, pivoting on her heel, her pale blue eyes piercing Blaze.
"Hey, HEY! That THING up there is NOT your sister, OKAY?! It looks like her and sounds like her, but for all we know it could be sent from Stepford HELL-- or WORSE, Mystech. I heard something last night. Erika was telling a remarkably calm and collected Morgan about an IMPOSTER that her cat saw... an imposter in her very penthouse casting spells and all kinds of voo doo shit. I think we keep running into the imposter.... and next time... I think we should KILL her on sight."
Everyone had exited the elevator and stood in the hallway, as a forcefield appeared over the elevator doors. cameras halted their usual sweep to turn on the group in the hall. Haleigh let them all into her penthouse. "Ow!" She cried sharply, her hand shooting up to her left ear. She'd heard a sharp sound like a nails on a chalk board that quickly went away, thankfully. "Morgan's put us on Lockdown.... I was going to take us to a safehouse.... but we won't be leaving anytime soon.... They found my bug... I dont doubt they'll sweep for others... we wont be listening anytime soon. Everybody inside."

[ Delilah had unusually slept for quite a while that night. Generally speaking she'd only sleep for two or three hours, allowing her to get a lot more accomplished in one day than most people would. Unfortunately, that lack of sleep meant that when she crashed, she crashed. Brought back into consciousness moments after Morgan and Alison's abrupt departures, she blinked and sat up, wondering what the time was. A quick check of her watch confirmed that for her, and she brushed back the covers, standing up. The sounds of the apartment - or more accurately, the distinct lack thereof - disturbed her, and she opened the door to her room quickly, looking out into the hallway. She didn't know quite what she expected - Morgan or Alison hurt, signs of a struggle, perhaps something else, although given Delilah's light (albeit lengthy) sleep, that couldn't have happened without her knowing. But she saw nothing. ]
"Morgan? Alison?"
[ Delilah called softly, suddenly wondering if they were still asleep. She knew what had happened to Alison of course, and given Morgan's distraught appearance last night it wouldn't have been too much to consider for her to have slept quite a while. Shrugging at the lack of response she got, she assumed that both were indeed still sleeping, and headed back to her room to grab a few things, before heading into the bathroom. ]
[ Re-emerging a little while later feeling a little more refreshed, she walked out into the hallway as she straightened the hem of the casual black tank top she'd just pulled on over her jeans. It didn't take much to figure out that there was still no noise, and now, she was worried. Frowning, she called out again, while walking along the hallway toward Morgan's room. ]
"Morgan? You awake?"
[ She pushed the door open a crack, then tossed it open the full way as she figured out that Morgan wasn't there. She took a quite scope of the room just in case, then spun on her heel and marched toward Alison's room. This time she didn't bother with caution, throwing that door open too. ]
"Shit."
[ Turning around again, she did a quick check over the full penthouse - at least the areas she had access to. Standing beside the panoramic windows, she folded her arms across her chest, hoping that Morgan hadn't done something stupid and gone to confront Cameron and Haleigh. ]
Where are you two?
[ It seemed like her thoughts were answered as she heard voices around her. Spinning back around again, she rushed toward the sound of the voices, stopping in the doorway to the rooom Alison and Morgan were talking heatedly inside. One hand resting lightly on her hip, she surveyed the two for an instant, realising that something pretty bad had gone on. ]
"Morgan... Alison... what happened?"

<< Morgan whipped her head around...eyes wided and intense...but it was merely Delilah....she exhaled with relief>>
<<sigh>> Delilah...it is worse than i dare suspect. EVERYTHING i told you about last night...and MORE.
<<stopping she motioned to Alison>>
This is Alison Marble aka Guardian. She's a Seer with far reaching powers as a precog as well as Chaos Witch.
Long story short....as i may have mentioned last night, Cameron King(Prophet) and our "guest", Erika King are Alison's younger brother and sister. Erika is here to warn us of a grave threat from Mystech...in the form of the MOTHER of Alison, Erika and Cameron.
at the same time...this "Rachel Gray" is here...claiming to be a doctor on the run from MysTech. a DOCTOR....and if she is as credentialed as she claims...i cannot imagine WHY MysTech would threaten her like this...given their recent loss of Adam Chandler and Christopher Victory...but i digress.
<< She motions to her large mystic lens, the scrying glas...as it shimmers to provide images of the most RECENT events as Morgan recaps>>
I had the unfortunately pleasure of revealing to Alison the TRUTH about Cameron and Erika....she then realized that Erika had in fact cast a spell on her. She is VERY upset...as you can see. When she went to confront Erika, i followed to PREVENT her from Hurting Erika...but when I arrived..i found RACHEL in Blaze's apartment...and i SPECIFICALLY FORBADE her to leave her guest quaters until i verified her story. Cameron King, Haleigh Davidoff...and MY OWN SISTER, Blaze Fielding have betrayed me...betrayed the security of this entire building as they are now going AGAINST my protocalls and protecting this Rachel and aiding her in having access to nearly ALL of the private areas of this building. ALL of the animals in the building have been reacting BADLY to her....and I know more than enough about familiars and regular animals to know that they only react that way to EVIL.
<< she waves her hand....and shows the violence that breaks out in Blaze's apartment when Morgan realizes that Rachel is there>>
Those three....Cameron, Haleigh and Blaze...are BENT on protecting her....shielding her...THEY MUST be under some kind of spell or deception.
It is NO coincidence that as SOON as she showed up...things among The Six began to rapidly deteriorate....and while i loathe those wretches...I find that every time i am around them when SHE is there....my judgement is clouded..my RESTRAINT is almost non existent...and all i can bring myself to do is yield to my darkest desire to DETROY them....its as though I am NO LONGER in control! What is worse, Tinkerbell , my enchanted familiar has revealed to me and Erika that an apparent IMPOSTER gained access into my penthouse while i was in Limbo helping Alison..and released some magicks...THAT could impairing my judgement and explain why my mystic alarms didnt sound off if Rachel is the culprit.
<< she forms an image of "Rachel Gray" in the glass>>
SHE is responsible for all of this. I do not know HOW....which is why i need Erika here to compare notes and observation. But as for now...she apparently has THOSE three as her pawns. Alison, Myself and You have more fire power among us...I have the security and defenses of Illustra as WELL as Ororo as back up and with Erika...we SHOULD be able to bring them down.
<< she forms an image of Cameron, Haleigh and Blaze in her glass>>
These three...are to be BROUGHT DOWN ....so that we may face Rachel without interference and FORCE her to reveal her true motives.
Right now i have them contained...and while i summon Erika...YOU need to be briefed on the powers and skills of Haleigh, Cameron and Blaze.
<< she motioned over to her liquid crystal mainframe computer...one of the main sources of control over Illustra....and with it, MorningStar could now read complete and comprehensive bios and workups on ALL members of the Six while Spellbinder and Guardian prepared to summon Erika>>

** Following closely behind Haleigh, her smile disappeared when BW spun around. Stopping in her tracks, her own sage eyes locked back. She listened to what Haleigh said when she noticed the elevator doors protected by a force field. A deep growl grew intensely from Blaze, who turned away. In need to take out her rising temper, she noticed one of the corner camera's. Leaping into the air, a heavy blast of lava shot out of her hands. Splattering onto the camera, it blew up and caught fire. The device falling to the ground as Blaze landed. Smacking her fists together, she roared with rage. **
"The STAIRS! Move!"
** She turned away marching by herself. She threw out her hands and a massive sonic boom blasted both large steel doors to the stair case. They flew off their hinges so roughly, it caused Blaze to smile, She stopped at one of the camera's, kissing the palm of her hand before blowing it at the camera. This time a quick fire lightning whizzed into the camera. **
"I can playing fucking hard ball to and the NEXT time I see her, we're going to have more then just words! As long as I get some hits in it'll be good even if she does kill me! I'll bring her down with me!"
** She mumbled to herself, walking through the destroyed doorway, small flames lighting up the staircase. Skipping a couple of steps, Blaze stopped. She shut her eyes, thinking of the sprinklers. Mentally she called upon a chemical fire within the wires. Short circuiting the system of every sprinkler, melting the metal away. Morgan wasn't the only sibling being driven to the edge. Her body overflowed with hot piercing red and yellow flames. And in another second, Blaze began her true element, fire! Flying into the air like Human Torch, she traveled upwards, destroying any and all devices hidden within the wall. Blaze's temperature was as hot as the sun. Thus melting down various walls and the weapons hidden here. A blast of energy could be heard as a backdraft like affect took over the doors to the next level. Blaze was on a rampage and she was highly dangerous. But it was for her own protection. Landing onto her boots, her flames continued to burn. Her eyes glanced over her shoulder. **
"Come on guys!"
** Her yellow irises were probably the only human sign of Blaze right now. She wasn't going to tolerate being under close microscopic watch. Shutting her eyes, Blaze's temper had risen tremendously. Opening the palm of her hand, she created a fire disk, its round and blazing shape were obvious. Flicking her wrist, Blaze threw the device down the hallway to the next level, knocking off any lazier beams or infrared devices. Small electrical explosions were heard and a flaming line was written down all of the hallways. Folding her flaming arms across her chest, she waited for her teammates. **

Computer: Recognize Fielding, Blaze....codename Foxfire. WARNING...hostile intruders..engaging protocalls.
::The forcefields held steady...deflecting any energy projection and conventional objects hurled against them....all exits were sealed....and as Blaze attempted to cause structural damage to the halls on the 105th floor...a faint beeping sound was heard....as the walls throughout the hall began to glow....and myst formed in the air...the temperature was dropping so fast....and the OXYGEN was being sucked out.....the more Blaze used her fire power...the more oxygen she would rob the group of...and soon...the temperatures would reach BITTER sub zero degrees...causing frost bite, numbness and paralysis::
::....the air was now forming ice crystals...as the forcefields began to push inward..boxing them into ONE corridor of the floor::

Morgan...raise the danger threat from yellow to RED. Blaze is trying to cause EXTENSIVE damage to the 105th floor!...if she keeps at this rate..she could compromise the structural inegrity of the building. even though its fortified through and through.
::Guardian continued to monitor the situation....Blaze could NOT shield herself from Guardian's view or Morgan's scrying glass::
I can bring her down with a spell....but in order to definatively stop her..I'll have to render her UNCONSCIOUS....I won't do it unless you say so Morgan...but for the sake of this building and your staff far below...do NOT let them get OUT of the containment!!

** Blaze couldn't believe the amount of security this building kept. She slightly hated Haleigh for installing it. As she lashed out further with her fire power, her ears listened to the sound of steam. Becoming on edge, she prepared herself for what was about to come. Her body's temperature lowered in mere SECONDS which for Blaze could place her in a coma or worse. She grit her teeth as a stabbing pain struck down her body even in her lungs. Gasping for air, Blaze began to panic. She went to walk forward in a dizzy haze but found herself pushed back into a small corner of the staircase. Her own sweat from the extensive work out she gave FROZE her. Shivering violently, Blaze's knees buckled. **
"Mor.....g...aann! Yo....u...r.....going...to ki...lll....m...e!"
** Blaze struggled for as long as she desperately but the lack of oxygen to her lungs and the freezing sub zero temperatures were too much for her. Her elemental flame froze in place until it melted away. Her flames were gone and now the humanoid was revealed. Turning her head to the left, Blaze's vision began blurry. She felt incresingly light headed. Her hand moved down to the necklace Morgan had given her as a birthday gift. It was a Tiffany's sterling silver locket, inside was a picture of both of them smiling and grinning. She could barely grab a hold of it. Blaze went to step forward but fell to one of her knees as she knelt. A look of concentration was written over her now wintery worn face. Yanking the necklace off she pelted it at the forcefield until she collasped onto her stomach. Looking up at the camera which zoomed in on her, she peered into it. Her complexion becoming a deep blue shade, but at the last minute a clear hot tears slide down the corner of Blaze's eye, which froze halfway down her cheek. Shutting her eyes, she watched as the necklace was flung backwards, landing by her hands. Her eyes rolled in the back of her head. Laying her head against the floor, Blaze became unconscious. Her body temperature dropping violently and even her heart was beginning to fail. If the computer did not hault soon, Blaze fielding would die! **

:: Cameron stepped back and took a moment to look at the whole situation. Should he really be following the group up there to what seemed to be a pretty iminent death when they now had to protect Rachel? It didn't seem like a good idea and Cameron whispered it to Haleigh before he decided to change his game plan ::
"Haleigh? Is this really the BEST plan of action? It just doesn't seem like a good idea.. bringing the perso we are trying to protect UP to the person who wants to kill her? We gotta get out of here...I gotta plan..Blaze has gotta do that on her OWN.. it doesn't involve us right now..."
:: Grabbing Rachel by the hand, he put her into her Guest Quarters as he pulled her suitcase out from under her bed and began to throw clothes inside of it while looking franticly at her, seeming very concerned for her well being and safety ::
"I know it's been a ton of fun, but we have to get you out of here before Morgan explodes. Haleigh, call some of your guys, make sure they are waiting downstairs when we get there.. I think it is time we just make Rachel Gray dissappear..."
:: With little time left, Alison, Morgan and Erika were going to have to work extremely fast in order to have time to confront Rachel and with Erika still on the roof, things didn't look good. ::

- It was a masterpiece. Everything had been planted at exactly the right moment and now her little seeds had grown into beautiful flowers of chaos and betrayal. The Six was no more now. They were merely two groups of three, and it would make them MUCH easier to pick off one by one. The time was coming and soon she would have to show her face. But she had a plan for that as well that would make things even more interesting. Kelly was really just in awe of herself at this moment and when Cameron grabbed her hand, she hardly had any time to react whatsoever. The little bastard of a son was trying to protect her. How sweet of him. Unfortunately if the situation was reversed she would LET him die at the hands of that ball busting bitch Morgan. She put her hands on her clothes and looked at him as if she was extremely scared about what was happening. -
"Wait.. where I am supposed to go? They will find me! They have ties with the government! It's not safe anywhere else! I won't go!"

< Erika still stood on the Rooftop of Illustra, calming down from her argument with Alison. It just hurt to see someone who used to be so close to her act as if she never existed. Nevertheless, if Erika was going to keep them alive, Alison would simply have to work with her or they WOULD die. It wasn't a question, and with what had just happened in Blaze's Penthouse earlier.. Erika knew things were about to get extremely bad. There didn't seem to be any kind of door off of the Rooftop and Erika would have to try and teleport. The problem was the only form she ever heard of was Blinking which was synonomous with black magick. Erika closed her eyes and honed in on Alison and Morgan wishing she was there at the exact moment and almost instantaneously she dissappeared in a flurry of sparkling orbs and white lights. She reappeared in front of Alison and Morgan as they made a plan for action. Not meaning to, she completely interrupted them with her news. >
"Alison.. Morgan! Rachel IS the spy.. I was going to tell Morgan later in the night, but then, with the whole ordeal with YOU, Alison.. and leaving me on the Rooftop.. You can see I was tied up. Blaze's cat Midnight attacked Rachel earlier, and when I went to heal her with my mind, I couldn't.. nothing was there to reach out to.. But suddenly the wound dissappeared, I thought it was my own power just going over my head, but then I realized it. I cannot heal evil at all. Rachel healed herself, and what's more.. if she is capable of regeneration, then there is no doubt that she couldn't be casting an Illusion as well.. I think Rachel is the spy.."
< Suddenly it was as if a veiled had been lifted over Morgan as her entire apartment glew a bright red before energy just dissipated from the room. The spell had been broken and she was left to remember all of the things that the Spell had jammed her from seeing previously. She noticed Tinkerbell hissing and the Dogs and everything leading up to that point. Rachel Gray was definitely not who she said she was, but who exactly was she and what did she have planned for the Six? >

Haleigh sighed heavily as Blaze started her rampage. The defense systems were preparing to retaliate.... Haleigh manually shut down the ones blaze hadn't destroyed, leading as the group went after Blaze, following up the stairs, a floor behind her. Hales hadnt realized Cameron wasnt following...
"Perhaps that wasnt the BEST time to tell her?"
It wasnt long before the oxygen began to leave the room and temperatures started to drop... Haleigh registered plummeting temperature and oxygen deficiencies... and she knew Cameron and Rachel would start to feel the effects of Hypoxia soon. She turned to face Cameron, walking back out into the hallway, to stare him in the eyes, as he spoke in her head about letting Blaze go.
"I'm NOT leaving her! I have to go get Blaze..."
Haleigh turned to race up to the next landing, see could see Blaze returning to human form and collapsing into a corner. As a result of the TO virus infection, Haleigh was TECHNO-organic... and while her circuitry could be affected by magnetic distortions and strong disruptive electrical pulses, she would be much less susceptable to Hypoxia [and many other bodily ailments] and she could withstand more severe temperature extremes... she wouldn't be affected nearly as badly by this as the rest would. She quickly scooped Blaze into her arms, lifting her from the floor as she passed out... Haleigh turned to look up into the Camera... her pale blues eyes registered determination, and she stared back for a few seconds before turning and going back downstairs with machine-like speed. She came out of the stairwell cradling Blaze in her arms, thinking so that Cameron could hear her, trying to get Blaze to regain consciousness. In a few seconds her autonomic reflexes would kick in and she'd breathe... and now she'd be able to suck in oxygen... and soon... she'd come back around.
I'm starting to think we should just LET Morgan 'disappear' Rachel... maybe all our problems would disappear WITH her... Cameron... i dont think you understand... I designed the defense systems here... their programmed for two objectives... to keep people OUT... or to keep people IN... We;ve over a hundred floors to descend... we wont MAKE it out of here alive if she's set that on lockdown... which she HAS.... I'll set up a team... you better have a shortcut that I dont know about.
Haleigh spliced into the radio frequencies in her mind, finding the right one and transmitting.
"Base, this is Black Widow."
>>Go ahead Widow.
"I need a security detail on the ground floor of the Illustra tower, NOW.... We need to be escorted to a safehouse with magickal protection."
>>Right away, Director. They will be there when you are.
Haleigh looked at Cameron, still carrying Blaze... "This better work.. if we help her escape... i think we'll ALL need to disappear."

** Blaze's body was icy cold to the touch but with Black Widow picking her up, the sub zero temperature wouldn't affect if any. As Haleigh scooped up Blaze like a paper clip, her head fell back against her left arm. She seemed motionless and very cold. Her mind however was lost in another dimension of time and space. A world of dreams filled her unconscious realm. Here, she saw Morgan appearing in her battle armor striking Blaze down. While this was happening, Blaze was moved to a more warmer and safer area. But she was still lost to her other teammates. Her body temperature rose a mere five degrees but that was about it. **
** Within Blaze's dream world she saw Ororo and her words echoed off to her. Informing her of Morgan's changes. Blaze began to stir in Haleigh's arms but her body still suffered shock and trama. Her complexion was becoming more bronzed instead of a hideous blue share. She moved more, small icicles melted off her bangs from her widows peak. Her breathing began to become more rapid. She had no idea what was happening in the conscious realm, which left Blaze vulnerable and unlikely to defend herself for the arrival of Morgan and Alison. Time was ticking and it was a matter of time when all hell would break lose but Blaze wouldn't be a part of it. **

[ Delilah nodded politely at Alison. Though they hadn’t been formally introduced, she knew who she was… just as she knew that now wasn’t the time for exuberant meet’n’greets. Staying silent, she let Spellbinder’s explanation run its course, musing over each piece of new information in her mind. Last night she had believed Morgan, of course, but she had also attributed a lot of what occurred to over-running emotions and paranoia. Now, however, she realised that unfortunately, the situation was rather more dire than Morgan had explained last night. ]
“All right,”
[ She said simply, never one to question a lot. If she came up with a question she’d ask it, but until then, there was work to be done. Settling herself in front of the computer, she started browsing through the details on Haleigh, Cameron and Blaze, making a mental note of each thing she read, already starting to formulate possible attack and defence combos with her own abilities. ]
[ Listening as Guardian brought the events with Blaze to the forefront of the conversation, MorningStar glanced up for a moment before looking back down to the computer screen, skimming it thoroughly in their haste to get matters done. All of this felt like it was spiralling out of control way too fast, but again, she wasn’t going to question, merely backup Morgan where needed. Besides, even given Delilah’s almost supernaturally capable logic, this was all happening too fast for her to formulate in her mind exactly what felt ‘off’ about all of this. The problem, obviously, was ‘Rachel’. She would’ve preferred the problem to remain as Rachel, and not become any of Morgan’s so called allies. That done, she leaped up from the terminal, spinning around to check on current events, the conversations proceeding between Erika, Alison and Morgan. ]
[ Stepping out of the room, she made her way to change quickly. She returned to the group just as Morgan declared her last words to Erika, now wearing a protective but flexible black form fitting body suit, lined in a golden colour somewhat like the bright lights she could produce. Long blonde hair was tied back into tightly controlled bun, not a single strand of hair in her line of sight. Sleek, inconspicuous, and functional was of course, MorningStar’s style – her little light shows were more than good enough to make up for any lack of colour in the clothing. Her hands and wrists were bound as though to protect during close combat, but she wore no gloves, sometimes preferring to channel her powers through her hands; gloves only made her feel hampered, and she was more than capable of defending any bare skin from tangible attacks. Her low heeled, booted feet clipped lightly on the floor of the hallway, and she stopped with a sideways glance to the scrying glass as Morgan had requested she watch them later. Resting one hand lightly on her hip, she regarded the three women there, focusing mainly on Morgan. ]
“Morgan… are you sure you know what you’re doing?”

::Nodding at MorningStar as they prepared to teleport down, Guardian was rather flustered when Erika stepped in the way. she wanted to knock her aside immediately...but she did not act on impulse. She huffed with annoyance as she turned to the sound of MorningStar's voice. Having heard of Delilah often before and now meeting her....she could see why Morgan spoke so highly of her. She was obviously calm, cool and collected, intelligent and observant. She had not seen MS's powers in action but she knew that if this woman was alligned with Morgan that she was no slouch::
We have to go down there....there's no other way. Even if we contain them, we cant just let them fester in this building. Rachel is the problem....she must be dealt with...and if Haleigh and Cameron interfere...they MUST be brought down.
::her tone was cold and unforgiving....::
but there's something else.
::Looking over at Morgan::
I've "seen" this since i returned to earth from Limbo...but now it looms larger than ever. For the sake of us...this city...and MORE...you MUST NOT lose control! Ororo forewarned you of the test.....you thought you failed it but in reality it is about to come upon you with this caper. The four of us...must stick together....for this "Rachel"...is NOT what she seems...its possible that she is powered by MAGICK and a potent form of it. SHE is responsible for Morgan's recent outbursts...unknowingly aggravating the symptoms that Ororo described while we were in Limbo.

[ Hearing Alison's words, Delilah nodded once more, affirming that she heard and understood. ]
"She will be dealt with. And there are ways of preventing Heather and Cameron from interfering without harming them, if that's what we need."
[ MorningStar herself could think of more than a few ways of binding, blocking, or otherwise incapacitating them. The only harm would come if they were stupid enough to try to run through, say, a laser hot wall of light without using any magick or powers at all. Or if they tried to fight at full power while, perhaps, blinded. ]
[ She fell silent again, looking at Morgan as Alison spoke to her. Delilah had seen the state Morgan was in, the difficulty she'd had in controlling herself earlier. But at the same time, she expected that when it came to the crunch, when she knew that she was not alone in this, and had her mind firmly fixated on a goal... she would manage to overcome her issues. ]

"Hales.. if you created this, then YOU can diffuse it.. But seriously? Have you seen Erika? You would have thought she would have come down to help us by now.. Alison probably killed her..this is it! The big breaking point and I for one don't want to be here.. I will NOT let MY death at her hands.. It's NOT Rachel.. it all comes back to Morgan and Alison NOT having control over everything.. they are lashing out because they are no longer the strong holds of the team. WE have taken control and to maintain it, we need to get out..."
:: Turning back to pack some of Rachel's final things, he began to think about Erika. Had Alison harmed her or really killed her. For whatever reason, Cameron found himself being extremely worried for her, like he really wanted her to live and be okay with all of this. It was at this time that Cameron had a vision of the past. ::
:: He was now sitting in the Manor he was in his very dreams a few nights before. He was on the bed and a young girl with pig tails was sitting on the floor with a mirror and putting mirror amounts of make up on her face. Then he heard an extremely shrill woman now yelling from down the hall to the girl and seemingly him. ::
"Erika Danielle, you change that DAMN Baby's diaper or so help me god I WILL get rid of him this time..."
:: Was that his mother? Was it Erika? Was she really his sister? Soon later he was flashed into what seemed to be later in the night as he was now apparantely in a crib and Erika stood over him and smiled as she picked him up and hugged him, and whispered into his ear. ::
"Don't worry, Cam.. Alison may have left us.. but I will never leave you, bud.. NEVER..."
:: With that, the vision was over and tears welled up in Prophet's eyes that he quickly qwelled and turned back to Haleigh. He was NOT leaving until he knew she was okay. He dropped the suitcase on the floor and looked even more determined. ::
"Haleigh.. Erika IS my sister! I saw it! I can't leave until I know she is okay! I want to KNOW what Alison did to her! If she hurt the only sister who CARES about me.. I swear to GOD I will kill her DEAD!!!!"

Haleigh came around the corner, cradling Blaze close to offer warmth, watching Prophet continue to pack... she didnt know WHY he was bothering... it wasnt as if those things couldnt be replaced... she was having to squint one eye half shut to avoid getting blood in it... her wounds were still bleeding, and blood dripped from over her eyebrow and high on her cheekbone all the way down her face and throat, but now it was not bleeding as freely as a few minutes ago..... Haleigh did think it rather odd that Erika didnt follow them... She had to have KNOWN Alison's attack would injure someone... And Haleigh and Cameron had burst in but were pretty much strictly defensive in their fighting... Alison and Morgan were left unharmed... so what was she still doing with them?
"Maybe they're experiencing inadequate coping with their lack of control over Us.... and she's being kind enough to sit down with them, offer them coffee, ask them how that makes them FEEL."
She said sarcasticly, tossing her hair back. She looked as if she could carry Blaze all day, she was showing no signs of getting tired... Haleigh watched Blaze start breathing again as Cameron fell silent... she waited for him to talk again. When he did.... he was obviously distressed. Well christ, i practically fucking spelled it out before... nice to finally have him aboard. Now all i have to-- Haleigh stopped midthought.... she could never tell if Cameron was listening or not... instead she just nodded and spoke.
"Well.... I cant understand that... and I cant very well leave you behind to fend for yourself."
She cocked a crooked smile that said she was playing with him as they went back into Blazes apartment.... Haleigh laid Blaze on what was left of the sofa and checked her pulse. "She's recovering.... slowly, but steadily.... she's warming up, breathing stabilized pulse is.... [with concern] SO weak. Lets hope they dont come back for another round... she might not be well enough to fight for a while."

<<Spellbinder looked down at Erika.....she respected her--at least-- for standing by her convictions as a white witch....she DID echo some aspects of Ororo but Spell would NEVER give Erika that much credit by telling her that.>>
let's go.
<< Spellbinder lifted her hands...as chimes and a blast of thunder heraled the opening of a horizontal disc that encompasses the FOUR women....in the twinkling of Morgan's eye...they TELEPORT from Morgan's penthouse at the top of Illustra down to HALEIGH'S apartment.....Spellbinder, MorningStar, Guardian and Erika emerge upward from the disc..now standing back to back to cover all vantage points...each of the four women were battle ready. With the exception of Erika...the women dwarfed Haleigh and Blaze in size...and were all eye level with Cameron, who was 6"2'. They were ALL clearly prepared to battle...and extract Rachel from the "traitors".>>

Haleigh sat down on the edge of the sofa, looking over Blaze, drying her face. "Come on Ace." She said quietly, as Morgan and her posse appeared behind her. Hales turned around and stood to face them, shoving the back of the sofa roughly to push it over on its back, taking Blaze with it, offering some protection for the KO'd mutant. Haleigh stepped forward, wiping blood away from her eye, pulling rachel behind her, standing next to Cameron with her arms folded across her chest, blocking Rachel from view. This was it.... do or die time.
"The HELL we will. You have ten seconds to LEAVE this apartment."
It wasn't so much to protect this woman as it was just defy Morgan and Alison... who as far as Haleigh was concerned were both certifiably insane... and Morgan COULD be the imposter... since she was the ringleader... it seeemd plausible that the rest didnt know, and were just blindly following this woman.... perhaps under some kind of spell.

** Oblivious to her surroundings, Blaze was moved back to Haleigh's apartment where she rested from the computer's defenses. Usually Foxfire could possibly recover more steadier but because her body was in such shock, it caused her healing factor to short circuit for a while. It was around this time, the chilling voice of Spellbinder could be heard. Causing Haleigh to protectively toss the couch backwards. Landing cradled against the soft cushions, Blaze's eyes began to flutter open. She could hear Haleigh defy her sister. Her heart stopped, if she didn't move now, Black Widow would be no more. **
"No!"
** She croaked weakly, pulling herself up from help of the sofa. Blaze felt incredibly weak as she stumbled to brace her own weight. Blinking her eyes to adjust her eyesight, which moved to Haleigh who was protecting Rachel. Stepping out, Blaze slowly moved to stand infront of Haleigh, their eyes locked. **
"Hal's.....come on, think about this....my cat ATTACKED her! And for some God damn reason I fought with Morgan who was suspicious, I NEVER do that. I'm known for my passion but I didn't become defensive until she came along, let them take her."
** Gripping onto Haleigh's bicep, Blaze spun them both away like a twister, out of the line that Haleigh had been protecting. Wrapping her arms around Haleigh's waist tightly, Blaze moved to whisper into her friend's ear. Both of their bodies were extremely close with Blaze behind Hal's. **
"Trust me....I had time to think while I was unconscious....we aren't thinking clearly Hal's. And YOU did it yourself with admitting you cared for me. You're getting attached.....to both me AND Cameron. You may not want to admit it, I don't expect you to. But please....take a moment and think who we are REALLY protecting. If our judgment is clouded then so is Morgan and Alison....remember how they attacked us....I know my sister would NEVER harm me.....why would she give me her life to rescue me?"
** Blaze stood a side with Haleigh in her arms. Blaze had to make Haleigh understand and maybe perhaps now she would. Foxy's vitals were increasing quickly, allowing her elemental power return with her omega healing factor. **
"Cam, let my sister and Alison take her....if you don't believe me then believe ERIKA....I can track her scent too. I know she's here....someone with such a pure heart as her's, why would she want to kill anyone? These events aren't making sense and to be honest I wanna reach my 25 birthday! I'm utterly exhausted and for once I'm going to be selfish and say fuck it! The cards are NOT in our favor Cameron."

[ As they appeared, Delilah looked around. Her first glance took in the people there, recognising them from both the blackflashes and the files she'd been provided with. Her second, scoped out the surroundings, always an important factor in any battle, though she sincerely hoped there would BE no battle here today. Her hand glided towards the gold sash around her waist. What could previously have been mistaken for a sash or belt of some kind, was actually Delilah's favoured golden whip, a device she was an expert at weilded, particularly with this whip's particular... properties. ]
"Rachel is the only one 'leaving' this apartment,"
[ Delilah said calmly, though her tone made it clear that if Morgan, Alison and Erika had their way, 'leaving' would be too kind a way for her method of exit. Although she couldn't hear everything Blaze said, she watched the proceeding events with a nod of satisfaction. Hopefully Haleigh and Cameron would listen... though she wasn't particualrly confident of that idea. Either way, she raised a hand slightly, a small but noticable pure white glow starting to form around it. Forewarning of the power she posessed. ]

Haleigh stared back at Alison.... she had wanted to smash this woman in the face for months.... and now she'd have her chance.... or so she thought. blaze awoke, calling out. Haleigh turned her head to tell Blaze to stay down... but something strange happened... she seemed to move in slow motion... And Blaze was grabbing her arm and whisking her off to the side before she realized it. she found herself now outside the temporal field warp that Alison had been mnaipulating on the sly, Blaze holding on to her, whispering to her. Haleigh turned around, facing Blaze, one hand on each of Blaze's shoulders.
"Ace, listen to yourself.... talking about me being attached... you're delusional.... but its okay, you're going to be fine... its just an after effect of the oxygen deficiency in your brain... its preventing YOU from thinking clearly. I got you out of there as fast as i could.... I dont think there will be any permanent brain damage... but you must take cover and sit down so that you can get better. All this talk of cats and your sister never harming you... Morgan's cat hisses at me whenever she gets a chance and your sister DID harm you. now please, lay back down, get some rest, and stay OUT of harms way."
she sounded like a caretaker easing a patient back into bed... she looked across the room, where her PERSONAL defense system keypad was located on the wall. no matter... Haleigh had designed it to be reachable from this distance. Stepping to the other side of blaze so that Alison and the rest couldnt see what she was doing, she pulled out her gun again, aimed discreetly across the room, and fired. The silencer already atteached make a whisper of the gunfire, and the bullet hits the keypad dead center. A machine voice filled the room, whirring sounds started.
"Warning. Warning. Defense Protocols Initiated..... Locating Director Davidoff...... Identifying Friendlies...... Identifying Hostiles...... Activating LASERGRID...... Separating NOW.....
An electronic charging sound began, as the two groups were separated completely from one another by an enormous laser grid that stretched from wall to wall, floor to cieling. [think that laser room thing in Resident Evil, Except this one doesnt move.] The Lasers crisscrossed one another like tight mesh, glowing with blue hot intensity. Haleigh smiled as the mechanic voice confirmed full power intensity. It was impossible to tell WHERE it was all being generated from, because everything was hidden in the walls.
"Welcome to the next gen's next generation laser technology. If ANYONE, or ANYTHING tries to cross it from either side... they'll be diced up into little bits and stopped instantly. You can't hurt us and We cant hurt you. Magical projectiles, bullets, weapons, even diamonds... it cant do it all. Words of caution to you teleporters...I wouldnt try it if I were you. Itll kill you too. You can't hurt us and We cant hurt you. Well... thats not entirely true.... i can still hurt you.. Ive got explosives and other little treats planted everywhere. Dont make me destroy my beautiful flat."

[ Contrary to what Haleigh may have thought, her lasers were not invincible, and if she had known exactly what MorningStar's powers were related to, she wouldn't even have bothered trying her little 'light show' - because when it came to light and lasers, Delilah Trelaven would always be the master. Her cool, collected face dissolved slightly into a slight smile, something which would probably be rather worrying to the others... it certainly wasn't an occasion to smile in. ]
[ She raised one slim hand. MorningStar could've done this without using her hands of course, but personally, she found it just somewhat easier to concentrate her powers through her limbs. The slight white glow expanded, becoming pin-point sharp for a moment. Then the clear laser grid between the groups started to change noticably. Magic and powers and people may not have been able to get through the grid, but MorningStar could take control of it almost effortlessly. The bright lights of the grid started to dim them warp, bending, stretching... then the weakened lasers seemed to shoot towards the light surrounding MorningStar's outstretched hand, enveloping her in a wash of blue-white light. As soon as the laser grid was dispersed entirely the light faded, leaving Delilah stood there, alongside Morgan, Alison and Erika, with their path to Rachel no longer blocked. ]
"Lasers... I like them. Personally I find mine a little more satisfying, but that was a good attempt just the same."

<< Morgan began to grow agitated..try as she may to PASS this ultimate test that Ororo said would come...Haleigh was DELIBERATELY making this harder than it had to be. She smirked as she surveyed they laser grid.... knowing that THIS obstacle was TAILOR MADE for MorningStar to deal with...but none of THEM on the other side would know that. In the meantime....Morgan decided to show Haleigh just how FUTILE it was to "contol the space around them".>>
Spare us, Black Widow, your laser grid CANNOT affect my "stepping discs" but THEY can affect YOU! My power allows me to circumvent time AND SPACE. With the speed of thought i could simply move us ALL to Limbo where your precious trinkets would have LESS than NO POWER....but i think perhaps i'll them in a more devisive way.
<<chimes sounded off...as Haleigh now found her waist line totally encompassed by a midsized stepping disc which snapped open with a soft "pop">>
these discs are MINE to command in ANY circumstance...and in a VARIETY of ways. ONE of which...is to CLOSE IT and SEPERATE the top half of your body from its lower half. YOUR DEATH will be quite painfull and very messy for those nearby you. ONE false move, Ms. Davidoff...the SLIGHTEST attempt to use your personal defense systems any further...and not only will Guardian be able to DETECT it and defend US with her powers on this end...but I will END YOUR LIFE before you can even SPEAK. You are making this unecessarily hard....and i KNOW it is merely to spite myself and alison. You never COULD see past yourself and your foolish pride....you are endangering Cameron and Blaze the longer you resist.
NOW....GIVE US RACHEL GRAY....or DIE!
<< thunder rumbled and ROLLED...echoing around the silent apartment ....the lights from the laser grid provided the majority of the illumination now...as the apartment itself was growing dark. Spellbinder had Black Widow in a bind....not only was SHE trapped in the center of a disc...which could literally split her in two...but also....while the gride would certainly deal with any PHYSICAL breaches...it could not defend against Guardian's Time maniuplation or Telekinesis OR MorningStar's power of light..in ALL forms..INCLUDING that of "lasers".>>

:: Cameron looked at the four women stand before him as he tried to think of the best way possible to get them all out of here alive. He stood in front of the group now determined to protect the ones who stood behind himself and trusted him. Obviously now both of his sisters were against him. It only figured that Alison would be able to sway her. He guessed all the women in the King Family were as weak as those two. ::
"We will NOT give her up, unless you provide us some PROOF! Get over it, MORGAN! You're not the King Pin anymore! We DON'T Answer to you.. and we NEVER will!"
:: Watching Haleigh being encompassed by the Stepping Disc, he swallowed hard inside his mouth and began to think of something that would distract them, something that would buy them some time. He decided to go for it. Cameron looked at Delilah and they made an instant eye contact that couldn't seem to break, it was as if Cameron was mezmerizing her. Delilah's eyes briefly glew an electric green before Cameron had control of her entire body, voice, speech and powers. Delilah put a hand on Morgan's back and looked at her sincerely. ::

< Erika looked at the solemn appearances of Cameron, Haleigh, Blaze and Rachel. She just felt so bad for everyone in the room. Looking at Blaze, she unknowingly finished healing the rest of her wounds, an expression of the power that Erika possessed. The words and intensity in everyone's voices made her feel extremely uncomfortable, but she took comfort in watching Cameron truly FIGHT for something he believed in. Maybe she hadn't failed like she originally thought. She just didn't know what to do at this point. Erika definitely felt torn. No matter who she stood by the other sibling would feel isolated or betrayed. It was a lose-lose situation, but for now, Erika had to make sure that Morgan and Alison did no harm to the group. As the stepping disc encompassed Haleigh and Delilah stepping in a rather odd sort of way. She had to step in and say something to try and save the whole situation. >

Haleigh watched her Lasergrid disappear, with a tight, forced smile. "Neat. Trick." She said, with almost mechanic speech patterns. It was hard to tell if she was really angry or just annoyed... or perhaps, pleased in some psychotic way. The computers sounded off, calling out the faliure of the lasergrid and the initiation of the biological defenses phase.... it also began reading off the blood types and specific chromosome makeup of Delilah, Alison, and Morgan. Haleigh looked at morgan as the disc opened. she chuckled in lighthearted way that seemed out of place... as though they were at lunch and Morgan had told a moderately humorus joke. Haleigh looked back up at them.
"Okay... Check mate, Eh Rabbit? Very nice. Alright... everyone just take your choice barbituate and a deep breath. Doctor Gray.... I'm sorry... well, no, thats not true.... I'm not sorry. But anyway... Im not foolish or noble enough to die for a woman I just met. Plus... im rather attached to my bottom half. Hehe.... play on words. Cameron... step aside, let them have what they came for.... They dont KILL random people Stud, that's what WE do... I'm sure theyll just ask her a few questions and then if they find anything.... they'll ask us to kill her. Computer....[holding her hand out to Alison to signal that it was okay] Deactivate biological warfare phase. Shut down defense cycle protocols."
Computer:Voice Command Recieved. Analyzing Speech Patterns. Analyzing Pitch Range. Voice Identified: Director Davidoff. Voice Command Accepted. Deactivating Phase II. Initiating System Standby.
Haleigh raised her hands slowly and clasped them together, resting them atop her head. She shrugged and gave a sheepish grin.
"See... I can be cooperative AND reasonable.... you just have to appeal to my interests... plus... I could blow you to bits right now... but i've no idea whether or not this will snap shut... so... ill give you this one... and live to fight another day." She winked, her smile still plastered there, now strangely congenial. "Take Rachel.... leave Cameron and Blaze unharmed. I'll need them later to come by and whup your ass."
And then the unthinkable happened... Morgan's new companion stepped in, trying to diffuse the situation. Haleigh watched the woman with burning intensity, looking her over and catching sight of the police badge clipped to her belt. Haleigh memorized the number.... she'd get information on this woman soon enough... for now... she kept still.

- Kelly had finally reached the perfect point to make her move. These people were so easily manipulated and angry that Witchfire hardly needed to do anything. She decided to move in and start a move that might just kill them all if planned correctly. Turning to Spellbinder, Guardian and Erika she called out to them, while her form began to fade from the quiet and concerned blonde into the Brunette and deadly lethal witch Kelly King. She walked towards them in what seemed to be like slow motion only they seemed to be the only ones who were paying attention. She was still controlling the others into thinking she was Rachel Gray. A devilish smile curled up between her lips as she walked closer to the group, seemingly mocking their lack of awareness. -
"Nice work, Morgan.. though we both know if you had planned on killing Haleigh, you would have already done it..It seems that conscience of a daughter of mine has gotten to you.. Such a shame.. you really DO have a lot of potential..."
- Turning to Alison. -
"Much like my other daughter, Alison.. Marble is it now? You had great potential, but you just weren't quick enough of a study.. you only know NOW what I COULD have taught you in a matter of two years, but your SLOW Wit and NEVER ENDING whining prevented me from that, and oh, by all means, go ahead.. kill Cameron.. It will make one LESS bounty for me to collect.. in fact.. Kill them all..."
- Kelly unleashed a brutal laugh. She was mocking each and everyone of them for being so stupid. She had entered the Six, cast a spell on their leader and turned each one of them against each other. It was really amazing. She pointed around the room, continuing to gloat. -
"This really IS some of my best work... and Morgan, you should KNOW I put your group Valiant through a lot... boy Black and I talked about killing your sister for DAYS. It was such a great move, we planned it together.. we laughed about it.. we made FUN of you..."
- The rest of the group seemed unaware and if anyone of the three risked attacking Rachel it would send Blaze, Haleigh and Cameron into a rage that would cause an ALL out Battle between them all. It was now their move. -

Was Alison really convinced that Rachel was so evil? It didn't make any sense to Cameron. He went through her mind and he had seen everything. Using whatever power he had left, he projected his voice in Mental Thought to everyone in the group and even though those with PSI Screens were protected, they would be able to hear it ::

She closed her eyes and began to chant a spell to release Cameron from his temporal prison, a move she KNEW would not sit well with Alison, but Alison attacking her brother didn't sit well with ERIKA. >
"Goddess of the Shining Light, release Cameron from his Temporal Plight! So MOTE IT BE!"
< For a brief moment, Erika was enveloped in a bright light before Cameron slowly stopped spinning and was flung to the ground to somewhat rest for however long he could from the effects of Guardian's power. She flashed a looked at Alison and Morgan. >
"As I said before.. I will NOT tolerate the harming of anyone, not EVEN whom we came for.. unlike the rest of you, I have no other affiliation OTHER than my family, who I intend to protect.. no matter HOW much they protest.. Now think about this Morgan.. why are you attacking Haleigh when you want Rachel?"
< But before anything else could be done, Rachel began to walk towards the group, before morphing into none other than Kelly King. She walked towards Erika, Alison and Morgan and began to taunt them. ** Blaze stopped mid sentence when Haleigh activated her lazer beams. She turned at the waist to only have part of her shirt sliced in half. She observed the material fall to the ground with an arched brow. She froze not bothering to move, instead her eyes moved to Cameron who was spinning out of control. "Cameron." She called out to him softly when her eyes moved to Morningstar! Blaze's sage eyes went wide, she had not seen this woman since Valiant. Blaze had personally worked with her and she respected her once Spellbinder left the team. **
"Wow."
** Foxfire couldn't believe her former comrade was here, Blaze knew her powers well. But she didn't provoke her or even attack. Instead she stood where she was. She sighed heavily when the beams vanished just as Morgan threatened Haleigh. "Haleigh." Blaze's eyes were so easy to read, held within them contained friendship and loyalty. Everything was spinning out of control, Blaze had difficulty keeping up with everything. She noticed Cameron stop spinning. Massing the migraine that was arriving, Blaze shut her eyes tightly. Opening her eyes, she spotted all of the exits blocked, gritting her teeth. She glanced over to Morgan, Alison, Morningstar, and then finally onto Erika. Running towards Haleigh just as time began to freeze altogether. Blaze was in mid run as Alison stopped time, a look of concentration was found upon her face. **

Cameron.... you should NEVER underestimate the power of cold, gripping HATE.... if she despises me as much as I suspect... she's perfectly capable of slicing me in half.
Haleigh pointed at Erika as the woman spoke, glad to have someone opposing Alison other than herself. This was a rather tender situation... and Haleigh seemed for once not quite so calm and collected.
"Ha! She's got a point, Rabbit...."
Haleigh breathed a sigh of relief as Morgan released her... she seemed to be freaking out and yelling at Rachel.... who hadnt done a thing since it all started. Haleigh, assuming Rachel would get struck down soon, preferred not too be anywhere near the woman when the time came, and she dove towards the wall, pressing her back against it as the building began to shake. Blaze called her name and began towards her, And Haleigh turned to look at Blaze as a large painting on the wall above her rattled off its nail as a result of the shaking tower... The heavy painting, a beautifully framed black and white recreation of Arnold Bocklin's "Isle of the Dead", fell right down on top of Haleigh's head, the glass shattering and showering her as she fell forward to the floor, knocked clean out. Alison's freeze came a moment later, after Haleigh'd hit the carpeted floor.

- Kelly began to shake and waiver from the freeze before she was no longer frozen and staring at Morgan dead on as if she had a death wish before blinking right behind the woman and whispering in her ear with a soft and almost core shaking tone. -
"Do it Morgan...destroy them all....I know you feel that fire burning inside of you. Don't fight it.. it's there for a reason. I can sense your power, it's too much for your body! Let it out woman..destroy ANYONE who defies you!"
- Kelly looked over at her daughter who seemed completely stunned by what was going on as all of a sudden, she shimmered out of her spot and reappeared exactly where the blast of dark magick was going and where Kelly had stood before. In an instant, chains of dark magick surrounded her hands as she was seemingly chained to the floor. Kelly whispered one more time to Morgan. -
"Start with her..."

[ Delilah had been watching the proceeding events with a growing sense of unease. The plan had been to do this without unnecessary bloodshed, but the death threads didn’t exactly reassure her in that regard. She drew in a breath, intending to say something – and then what she did say was so out of character for her that it sent her mind reeling. A quick moment of shock at what happened gave way as she looked at Guardian, temporarily bewildered. Realisation came quickly though; the memory of ‘sinking’ into Cameron’s eyes, the knowledge of what his powers were. She let out a slightly annoyed sigh at the underhand tactics, and steadied herself again, watching the situation steadily worsen. ]
“Thanks, Alison.”
[ Her brown furrowed as something ‘odd’ seemed to be going on with Rachel. Delilah couldn’t see Kelly King, of course, but she could see peoples’ responses to her. It wasn’t difficult to put two and two together… and come up with Morgan’s potential for destruction. But before she could think or do anything… she just stopped. Held captive within Alison’s freeze just like all the rest. ]

:: Finally returning after a very stressful couple of weeks in up state New York with her family, Alexis' taxi pulled in in front of Illustra Inc. and came to a halt. Taking a deep breath in, she only hoped that nothing stressful was going on with The Six otherwise she might have a freakin' breakdown...but knowing her luck--which is none--Alexis would be walking into a building full of chaos. Opening her eyes after a moment, she glanced toward the waiting taxi cab driver and nodded to him. ::
"Thank you."
:: Pulling out her wallet from her already open purse, she grabbed a few twenties and handed it to the driver before proceeding to open the door of the vehicle and step out. Seeing Robert, the doorman, she nodded to him as the trunk of the cab popped open. Placing her purse on her shoulder, Alexis stepped up onto the curb and began to walk toward the doors of Illustra. Making her way toward Robert, she nodded to him. ::
"Just bring my bags upstairs. Thank you."
:: Alexis was exhausted, way too tired to be her normal bitchy self. Placing her hand on the stainless steel door handle, a loud crash of thunder made Alexis stop in her tracks. The winds began to pick up...the thunder continued to rumble in a most eerie manor. Turning her head, she lifted her eyes up wards toward the sky, seeing the clouds moving at a most unusual speed. This was only too familiar to Alexis---something must be wrong. Her sapphire eyes widened with concern as the weather conditions continued to worsen...the last time she saw New York City like this was those many months ago with Morgan and the Citadel. Shit... was all Alexis could think at the moment as she pulled the door open forcefully and proceeded to jog to the express elevator. Pressing the "up" button numerous times, she could tell something wasn't right...perhaps it was her lack of sleep; maybe she was delirious. Whatever it was, something about this moment didn't sit right with her. ::
"Come on..."
:: An anxious Alexis stated as the elevator doors finally opened. Stepping in, she quickly pushed the button with 104 written on it. Leaning back, Alexis tucked her hands into her track jacket (http://www2.victoriassecret.com/images/prodlgvw/V246859.jpg) as she watched the numbers continue to go up indicating she was passing floors of the building. Crossing one foot over the other, her pure white Nike's completed her casual look--not really feeling the need to dress up after a flight and a drive. Finally after a few moments, she reached her floor and stepped out of the elevator. Stopping, she glanced down each hall...nothing. Everything was quiet. ::
"Paranoia isn't very becoming of you, Alexis..."
:: With a sigh, she stepped forward once again until suddenly a huge crashing sound followed by yelling stopped her in her tracks. Looking up wards, she recognized that voice oh too well. It was Morgan. Quickly turning around to head back into the elevator, she saw the doors shut. ::
"Damnit!"
:: Slamming her fist into the elevator door, Alexis quickly glanced down the hallway toward the Exit sign. Quickly running toward it, she sprinted threw the door and up the flight of stairs to the next floor. Pushing open the door, she didn't even need to stop to hear where the disturbance was coming from. Running toward the commotion filled apartment, Alexis slammed her fists into the door a few times "knocking". ::
"Hello?!! It's Alexis! What the hell is going on in there?!"
:: Alexis yelled. Placing her hand on the door handle, it seemed to be locked....jiggling it a few times, she continued to yell above the chaos. Noticing other voices in there...what sounded like Blaze, Cameron, Haleigh and a few unfamiliar ones, Alexis continued to try and get in. ::
"Someone let me in! What is going on?!"

:: Cameron looked at everything that was going on as he eyed his sister. She was on his side. She actually protected him against Alison, something he really wasn't sure that she would do or not. He began to look at Rachel who seemed extremely shaken and just as Morgan unleashed a powerful wave of Dark Magick, Cameron froze just like everyone else in the room, but like the first time he had met Alison and Morgan in the Board Room of Illustra, his mind's eye was getting a view of what was going on, however, his perception of the event was distorted as he still saw a scared and defenseless Rachel trying to run from the Dark Wave. ::
"This just doesn't seem right....Rachel would be dead by now.. Something is going on..."
:: Prophet wanted desperately to help Rachel out of this situation, but he could do nothing. It didn't make sense that Alison would freeze them all. She would want them fully conscious to feel the pain of her wrath. Someone else had to. Maybe it was Erika. For now, Cameron could only stay frozen in time, hoping things would work out. ::

< Erika heard the knocking at the door. Somebody was trying to get in. She heard the name Alexis and knew that she would be able to trust her as she was probably the closest person to Cameron next to Haleigh. Alexis found her body surrounded in white orbs before reappearing in the room to see the chaos of the situation around her. Erika looked at Alexis with a sincere but cold stare as she calmly stated. >
"Do not try ANYTHING, Alexis...We need to get out of here...."
< Turning to Morgan >
"Morgan! You need to get us out of here! She is too powerful right now! She will Kill us ALL! Cast your Foolish Pride Aside!"
< She looked at her mother as she unleashed a powerful "cannon" of water at her which sent her sprawling across the room for a brief moment before she grabbed Morgan by the hand. >
"Just Teleport, I will use my own Magick to guide our way! I know a Safe Haven for the moment!"

:: Looking around her body as the white orbs surrounded her, one moment she was outside in the hall, and the following she was in the apartment. Looking at Erika, who the hell was she to tell her not to try anything?! She didn't even know the woman...but something about her made Alexis stop for a moment. Holy shit! She looked almost identical to Cameron. Not knowing they were in fact brother and sister, Alexis glanced around the room full of frozen people and saw yet two more unfamiliar faces...Rachael and Delilah. ::
"What the hell is going on in here? Who are these people!"
:: Her blue orbs continued to shift from one person to another...she leaves for two weeks and she's already being replaced by two blonde bimbo's and what seems to be another headstrong witch. Keeping her guard up, Alexis stayed put--she had no idea who was hurt, because everyone was froze. Who was the "bad guy"...again because everyone was froze. And if Morgan was on one of her trips again...this being a very high possibility. Taking a deep breath in, she lifted her slender hands and tucked her blonde locks behind her ears. Very calmly, perhaps a different approach would get some answer? Probably not knowing Alexis, but it was worth a shot. ::
"Okay....could someone just please explain to me who these people are....and why everyone is frozen in what looks like terror.."

you stupid old woman...you never could grasp the fact that i was MORE than a mere witch. Spellbinder and I..are BEYOND your level....and i think its time you REALIZED THAT!
::a bell tolls hard ...as Guardian BLINKS from where she is...being that the shackles did not encompass her entire body or hinder it. she was now to the east of Kelly...and as Erika unleashed a hydro blast at Kelly, Alison gestured and seized control of a large television that was in the room...telekinetically hurling it to slam into Kelly at such high speeds. the combination of the water and electricity would proove fatal for any normal , unprotected human being, but Kelly would probably.
::Grabbing Spellbinder and shaking her hard..Alison looked into her eyes::

<<Kelly's corrosive aura was so infectious...Morgan could feel her will to restrain herself fading fast....and such depraved, devisive thoughts of how to dispatch her team mates began to flood her mind. BUT through it all, she remembered Ororo's strong, unwavering voice...and heard her words.. she MUST control herself ....for if she did not...they would all be lost>>
<< Between Erica, Shockwave's sudden return and Alison fighting back against her mother, Spellbinder was sufficiently startled back to reality long enough to see that danger was too much for her to try to out power Kelly...for now. with Alison and Erika forcing Kelly back, Morgan opened a small disc under EACH member of the Six, along with Erika and Delilah....and in the twinkling of the sorceress' eye, all members of the six and their allies are teleported OUT of Illustra and to a location whose coordinates are provided by Erika>>
<<Kelly is left inside of Illustra...and should she try to go out into the halls...Illustra's defense systems were now set at LETHAL levels. she would most certainly have to be prepared to defend herself>>

** Blaze was still frozen in half run as the altercation between Alison & Morgan and Kelly began. She was oblivious to the arrival of Alexis or the battle that took place. Her own facial expression expressed not terror but a fierce determination that was painted along her forehead. And her eyes were locked steadily onto Haleigh, who had been knocked down by a large painting. Blaze's senses were alerted to the hinges weakening on the screw behind it, which is why she was running towards Black Widow, to save her. But it was too late, Hal's had been struck in the skull, rendering her unconscious right when Alison froze her and the others in the room. **
** However once Morgan decided to retreat from the threat of Kelly, a steeping disk encompassed her body. Opening underneath her black boots horizontally. It was at this point in time, Blaze unfroze. A look of bewilderment was shown across her face right when gravity affected her body. Forcing her down into the stepping disk with such force, her facial expression changed to fear. Blaze had no idea Morgan had called upon a stepping disk. Her thick jet black hair swooshed upwards as her clothing wrinkled at the velocity of the fall. Blaze's heart sped up, she had no recollection of these events but the question was why? **
** Blaze's question was answered when a horizontally line opened in a location Fox did not know or recognizes. Who had fallen straight out of the disk, smacking down onto her knees with her palms bracing the ground swiftly. Taking a moment to catch her breath, her irises swerved to survey the area. She then remembered Haleigh! She would be falling out of the stepping disk too! Gathering to her feet, Blaze watched each of the disk's open until she saw Haleigh begin to fall. Rushing forward, she lunged into the air with her arms spread out. Blaze knew Hal's wasn't capable of landing onto her feet and she could be possibly more injured if not caught. As Haleigh fell just a few feet from the disk, Blaze wrapped her arms around her tightly around her waist. Catching her directly on time, she landed onto her feet gracefully. **
"Hello sleeping beauty."
** She said softly, knowing Haleigh couldn't respond. Gently, Blaze lowered her to the ground as the others were relocated to this place. Cradling Haleigh's head in her palms, Blaze's eyes shimmered over. She was unleashing her omega healing power, and unlike some other mutants, Blaze could actually heal others if she had physical contact. She also knew Erica would probably assist but Foxfire hadn't spotted her yet. Her fingertips gently massaged over Haleigh's temples, which provided more coverage for a recovery. Quickly Haleigh's cuts and bruises began to fade. She studied Hal's a bit more, waiting for her to awake and to receive orders from Erika or whoever on the location of this place. It was this time as everyone was here she hadn't spotted Kelly. Frowning to herself, Blaze wondered if the other's had killed her. She knew answers would be given soon, but even now her mind didn't seem so clouded.

Haleigh fell haphazardly through the disc, still knocked out but now unfrozen. She landed gently in Blaze's arms, slumping over... she really took a hit from the painting, of all things. Blaze began to heal her, and she slowly started to come around, her breathing becoming deeper and her brow furrowing softly. She reached up to Blaze's hand, her fingers resting gently on Blaze's as her eyes opened slowly.
"Where am I?"
She asked in a hoarse whisper. "What happened?" came immediately after... the last thing Haleigh remembered was taking cover from Morgan while the building shook.

"Your safe."
** Came the firm but comforting reply from Blaze. Her eyes gaining more of their hunter green shade. Blinking her eyes, Blaze glanced around at the area, she didn't know the exact location, only that Erika was the key. Easing her hands over Haleigh's cold hands, she slowly warmed them. **
"Your skull has taken a good knock. I've healed you but one of your paintings fell upon you from Morgan's attack. Its a bit of blur for me, time seemed to almost stop. I remember falling downward, I'm guessing it was Morgan's stepping disks. And now here we are, I just don't know where this is."
** Blaze tenderly slide her hands away from Haleigh's to cradle her back, enough to allow her to sit up. Fox's own facial expression was harder to read now, but underneath her wall lay a protective soldier. She tried to avoid eye contact by now, she knew Haleigh was trying to read her. And unlike any other person, it somewhat made her nervous. Clearing her throat calmly, Blaze stood up quickly helping up Haleigh. **
"Life itself is a mystery and so is this place but soon we will be answered."
** Her statement was cryptic and mysterious like the enigma herself. Standing with her hands behind her back with her feet slightly apart, she stood proudly in the "at ease" stance. Her eyes constantly moving from each person who dropped out of the disk but she didn't flinch or even blink her eyes. Exhaling slowly, her eyes slanted downward onto Haleigh, raising a curious brow with the tilt of her head. **
"How do you feel?"

:: The moment Alexis made her presents in Haleigh's apartment, she had no idea what the hell was going on. Whom was hurt...who these people were. If anything serious had even happened. But the minute Erika and Guardian unleashed their attack, it caught Alexis so off guard, a small shriek escaped her lips as she quickly moved to the side away from the commotion. What the HELL did she walk into?! Before she could even see this Rachel girl's reaction, the floor under her disappeared and Alexis went dropping into one of Spell's stepping disks. ::
:: After a few seconds, Alexis soon dropped from the open stepping disk and landed swiftly on her feet. Looking as each of the six appeared in the unfamiliar room, Alexis' eyes went from confusion to concern the moment she saw Blaze and an injured Haleigh come falling from the stepping disk. Running over to the woman, she bent down, placing her knee on the ground for support. Looking at Haleigh in Blaze's arms, she shifted her eyes up to Blaze. Allowing her glance to go back to Haleigh, the woman slowly began to wake up pretty much oblivious to what had just happened. ::

Haleigh winced at the volume of Blaze's voice, her hand fluttering to her eyes, rubbing them softly as she sat up slowly.
"A painting? I was downed by one of my own fucking paintings? How insulting."
She said quietly, as her head pounded with every beat of her heart. What a migraine. She looked up at Blaze, only to watch her look around. haleigh was pretty bright, even with an intense headache... she could tell when people were avoiding eye contact. But why? What was she trying to hide? What didn't she want Haleigh to see. Haleigh allowed Blaze to pull her to her feet, but her hand went to her forehead and she grabbed blaze's shoulder softly, almost losing her balance.
"Whoa... dizzy. How do I feel? I feel like i was hit with a freight train, not a painting. Blaze--" She began, but then suddenly seemed to realize Alexis was standing right there. Haleigh ran her hand back through her hair, standing up straighter, letting go of the support Blaze's shoulder. "Are we okay? [laughs softly] Is that a joke? Could you not talk so loud? For some strange reason, and don't ask me why i feel the bizzare desire to be fair all of a sudden, but I think you should get a heads up... Morgan's.... NOT in a good mood. And NO.... for once, its NOT my fault. Rachel fucking Gray. All of our problems started popping up when she surfaced... You all shouldve listened to me... we shouldve killed her then... I KNOW, her background check came up clean... but there is something WRONG about her."

** Blaze's eyes shifted upwards to an oncoming shadow, Shockwave. Her lips curved into a smirk at the concern in her own voice. So, blue eyes does care, hmmmm. She thought to herself privately. Nothing of this leaked out from her body language though, Blaze nodded once. **
"I'm fine thank you. Haleigh is recovering nicely. A pleasure to see you."
** That spark illuminated in Blaze's eyes who seemed to look Alexis up and down. Did she find the blonde attractive? But of course, blondes and red head's were her weakness. Turning her left wrist to the side, checking the time. Blaze couldn't remember the last time she fully slept not counting being unconscious. Her smile disappeared slowly, as hot headed as Blaze was she gave off a cool vibe, a pro most mutants possessed. Pulling open her blazer, she pulled out a stick of winter fresh gum. Slipping the aqua shade into her mouth, chewing quietly. The only sound was a snap from a bubble she made. **
"How was your trip?"
** A look of curiosity rolled down Blaze's features, she was intrigued to know more about the energy manipulator. She expected Alexis to give some sort of faulty excuse and then change the subject. For now, Fox would let it slip until a later time when she could corner Alexis. ;) And then Blaze wouldn't surrender so easily, then she would interrogate her until she gave in. The victory would be Blaze's but for the time being she felt her body flow more easily around Alex. The mix of fire and energy rising to uncanny levels, Foxfire knew Shockwave felt it too. Each of the members of the six Blaze had acquired a vast knowledge about through her direct contact. She noted what usually made Haleigh tick, what buttons to push on Alexis, some secrets Cameron kept, the demons Morgan battled, and somewhat of the life Morningstar lived. **
"I could use some coffee."
** She openly admitted to no one in particular. Too bad she wasn't able to teleport objects otherwise she would have her downfall, Starbucks. But such a tasty treat didn't even affect Blaze's weight. Her metabolism was so fast she usually automatically burned the calories or fat grams, turning them all into muscle. She eyed Haleigh and Alexis, both highly attractive causing Blaze to grin to herself. Everyone on the six were attractive and intelligent, it was like Aaron Spelling had hand picked them for a television show. Analyzing each one of them, who was more attractive? More intelligent? Which would be a better lover? **
"So Alexis....I see you've been gaining a lot of prophet from that designer perfume of yours."
** That statement leaked much sarcasm with a mix of other emotions and only the clever could decipher it. A cruel look replaced her devilish smirk while folding her arms across her chest. **
"Even that perfume of yours can't cover up the stink of Cameron. Just remember dear, he puts the A in aids."
** A chuckle escaped Blaze who was amused at her own statement. She didn't care if anyone else found it immature or catty. Her impulses were running higher now, her energy increasing. And it was all the result from Shockwave's own unique energy waves, conflicting with her own.**
"The curse of superior senses. But anyway....Hal's get your fine little ass up. I know you've been hit much harder, besides your ace needs you. I do require a paycheck."
** She winked playfully to Haleigh, who she now worked for. However Blaze was growing impatient through the stillness of events. She was itching to make a move....in more then just one way... **

:: Looking away from Blaze, she observed the others in the room, awaiting for some other crazy event to happen. She still had no idea what was going on and it was bugging the hell out of her. Hearing Blaze ask about her vacation, she brushed it off immediately, not really wanting to get into that, especially now. ::
"It was fine----what's going on here?"
:: Running her tongue along her bottom lip, her head snapped toward Blaze hearing her sly comment about Prophet and perfume. Narrowing her eyes for a second, she rolled them and stood from her kneeling position. Not even a few seconds later, Blaze continued on with her little catty rant about Cameron and her sleeping together. Looking down at Blaze, the meta-human simply shook her head. ::
"Is that a fact? Well, continuing on with these cute little alphabetical insults of yours, how about B for bitch? You fit that to a....T."
:: Crossing her arms, Alexis turned away from Blaze smirking. Even though she wasn't in a catty mood, anytime Blaze threw insults at her, it was just too irresistible not to throw them back. It was all in good fun. Either way, Alexis snapped out of her catty fun and shifted her weight onto her right leg. Still awaiting an explanation on what the hell was going on, Alexis just simply stood there allowing the others to get their barons. ::

"I could use some nicotine."
She said, as long as everyone was making requests. She looked from Alexis to Blaze... but then shook the feeling away. She folded her arms across her chest, rolling her eyes.
"Come on, Ace, give him a break would you?" She said... she furrowed her brow, then relaxed it... as it seemed to dawn on her... why had she said that? she didnt usually... why did she now feel the need to defend him? She KNEW Blaze was only being playful... she smiled and shook it off.
"I know, I know, I'm up, I'm up. Ha, paycheck.... that reminds me... when this is over... and my apartment is no longer a disaster area.... I've got your first assignment lined up."

** Blaze laughed at Alexis' retort but she didn't fire one back. Shaking her head just once, she adored the fire the meta human contained. Casually placing her hands inside her blazer pockets, her eyes moved across to Haleigh. **
"Girl's got fire ah Hal?"
** But her eyes clouded over as Haleigh defended Cameron. Clenching her jaw, she turned away from both women. Shutting her eyes, she controlled her temper more quickly. A sharp explosion was released inside of her. Blaze's usual inferno ignited by these changes, her body slowly accommodating to them. Just then her pocket vibrated, stirring her back into reality. **
"Bloody hell!"
** Snatching her cell phone, she eyed the caller ID. A look of fear shinned through her glare before turning off her phone. Staring down at her cell phone until its glow disappeared, she tucked it inside her blazer pocket. She seemed to stare off while she thought about the caller. Someone from her past who affected Blaze, now and forever. Blaze didn't seem pleased to see him calling but she didn't speak of it. Throwing out her gum, she pulled out a cigarette. Letting it hang freely from her lips, she pulled out a lighter rather then show boating her fire power. It was just a plain lighter except it had the American colors on it (Think Dylan's lighter from Charlie's Angels). Turning at the waist, she handed Haleigh one. She herself was oddly quiet. **
** Smoke clouded around Blaze more fiercely as she smoked, blowing it from her lips. Snapping out of her daydream she glanced up at Alexis. **
"I don't know."
** She said honestly, it was the truth. But right now Blaze had other things on her mind. Her cocky attitude vanished leaving a mysterious charm. She hadn't finished her cigarette, she smoked half of it. Pulling the cigarette out of her mouth she pressed the head into her palm, leaving a nasty burn, which healed in a second. The ashes sucked clean before she placed it inside her pocket, to smoke later on. Licking her lips, she sat down on the ground with her knees raised but propped up on her palms. **
