One thing that is noticed quickly about Haleigh: her tendency to change. For example, though she is never without style or grace, she is hardly ever seen wearing the same thing. In keeping with her corporate image, she sports classy business suits in a wide range of styles and designers. for nights on the town... well, anything goes.

Personality: She is calculating and analytical, and often seems like she is weighing and planning things in her head. She hates to waste time on anything. Her cold indifference is unnerving. She can be very intimidating, and very mysterious. She's not very outspoken, or very loud. She always seems to be smirking at you as if she can see right through you to your innermost fear, or else, is wearing an expression that is false, and never really shows what she is feeling. The only thing predictable about her is her volatile nature, and she is not the type that can been easily labeled, for once you develop any opinion on her, she changes her stride and throws you for a loop. She is far above the normal constraints of humanity, the ridiculous and tiring emotional rollarcoaster of the human race, and she wont for a second let you think you are any where near as good as she at anything. She has the tendency to project wisdom beyond her years and stubborness beyond your wildest nightmares. She acts like she is royalty and before you realize it, you will let her fool you into thinking she is.... for she is very manipulative and can be rather heartless, she is not one willing to make the same mistake twice. The only time your life is not in danger in her presence is if she believes your existence is beneficial to hers.

History: To say Haleigh is the way she is because of circumstance is like saying the world rotates.... but hear her say it herself... you wont. for one, she makes no excuses, and she accepts none. She wont tell you much about herself, she'll volunteer nothing by her own will. Ask her, and she'll abbreviate as much as possible...She was born, into a humble enough home, with honest parents in a moderate sized city, and she started in the right place, with morality.

She joined the military, wanting to "serve her country" like a "good citizen" and for a while, attending college and training to be an officer, it was perfect. An adventure, always fun, always challenging, and she loved what she did. It was here where she learned her high society behaviour... she was excellent for going undercover and getting people to talk to her... and that her beauty was a weapon that gave her a strong upper hand in the field. They put her through a "charm" course, teaching her how to behave like she was one of them, talk like she was one of them, and her personality was vibrant, attracive. Easily the belle of the ball, it was incredible what she could find out with the flash of a smile and a twinkle in her eye.... she was often the head of her missions, gathering intel on a certain target and then going in to retrieve the item or else going in to destroy it. She worked alone, and though she often had a team behind her, offering surveillance (http://69.42.87.196/cgi-bin/v40/ezlclk.fcgi?id=7160) or weapons or technology, she was the powerhouse, and she loved it.

Naturally, the world would likely end of one person experienced happiness for too long, and her life as she knew it came to an abrupt end. A mission involving her and four teammates went sour when they were captured behind enemy lines trying to recover black-marketed weapons. Haleigh and her team were what was referred to as "eidolons", or ghosts. She existed under a call sign, "Black Widow", and only those in direct contact with her new that she existed, only a handful of high security clearance office (http://69.42.87.196/cgi-bin/v40/ezlclk.fcgi?id=7125)rs.

According to the military, there was no Black Widow. No matter who you asked. Haleigh, being the superior officer, instructed her team to withhold any information, and to wait, for she believed the military would send an extraction team to rescue them. this would not occur. Haleigh and her teammates were held in an unknown location, and all were tortured for information. It was here that Haleigh lost her sympathy for the world, here that she lost her nobility. Of the five, one was killed in the capture. One was taken for interrogance and never seen again, and the remaining three assumed he cracked and was killed. Haleigh and the other female operative, Cassandra Alluisi, stuck together, developing a bond that would last both the torture and the rest of their lives. The remaining male would survive longer than the men before him, only to die in the holding cell the three shared, with his teammates desperating trying to sustain him. After seventeen days of torture, his death was all the catylyst Haleigh needed.

During her torture session later that day, she began to experience strange occurances, powers of some sort. With simply a look of pure anger on her behalf, the man interrogating her began experiencing high fever symptoms and extreme, incapacitating pain. Breaking free of her restraints, she killed the man to silence him and took his bulletproof vest as she burst into the corridor to make her escape. Finding her only remaining teammate, the two women over took and killed guards one by one, occaisionally being able to trigger their newfound powers as they were making their way out of the building and collecting weapons on the way, killing a total of eleven men and critically wounding four. They were both in bad shape, but grateful to be free. Neither returned to the military, both were classified "MIA". Being Eidolon operatives, they were not looked for, and MIA gets translated to "probably not coming back". After two weeks of captivity, they were permanently cut lose... and, to give closure, their families were presented with medals of honor... and Haleigh and all of her teammates were officially designated "Killed In Action". Between Haleigh and Cassandra, the two women had contacts all over the world. Their experience in intelligence work lead them to do the sensible, and after acquiring laundered money they co-founded Liquid Crystal Images Incorporated, a photography company that quickly grew and flourished, with both scenery and celebrity photography. What very few knew, though, was that LCI was nothing more than a front company for what the Black Widow and her accomplice were really up to. The sublevels of the corporate office housed their REAL operation, "Clandestine Intelligence".

Both women were ruthless and dedicated, and they quickly spread their poison to others, making the organization grow and threatening oppostion into submission by excercising their powers. Within five years, CI was becoming the mother of all organized crime, and a substantial base for underworld intelligence operations. They laundered money, stole and sold weaponry and state of the art bombs and technology, and contracted high priority assassinations in the United States. They wanted anything and everything that would further their reach and their power. What they were still learning was that Mystech and the Citadle were after global domination, and the more powerful Mystech grew, the worse the news became for CI.

While Haleigh Davidoff was not out to destroy or dominate the world, she was also no longer out to save it. She is simply only interested in taking measures that will benefit her and her company. With the uprising of Mystech, it became clear she would be forced into a position of heroics once more, protecting the world from Mystech while she will surely be telling herself that she's only doing it for her own good.

After over a year with The Six, Haleigh has greatly changed. Most of her newfound comrades can see the difference too... and it was something that took a lot of strife to bring about. After dying at Morgan's hands in the Inferno and being reincarnated by the Elders, Haleigh had to return to the Six... many of whom were still enemies to her more than they were allies. With Blaze dead, Prophet was her only remaining friend... but as fate would have it, that would not last long either. Ostracized from the group, Haleigh tried to leave the cartel of 'superheroes'... she soon found destiny was not to be postponed. Neither, it seemed, was the the brewing confrontation between her and Morgan. Both women blamed each other for what happened to Blaze... and both shared equal responsibility... after a brutal fight in Limbo, nearly to the death of BOTH women, the two came to terms with each other... and a new understanding and shaky truce was formed. Haleigh began to manuever herself towards a new start with all the members of the Six, though Prophet was a lost cause... there was too much between the two of them to so easily reconcile.

Zachary Armani, Haleigh's lover and close personal friend, began to become a bigger part of her life, offering her stability and tender loving care that helped Haleigh grow closer to the woman she was before Mystech blighted her life. Morgan no longer tried to drive Haleigh away. Haleigh and Alycia got over personal vendettas and began a relationship of trust that would help to save the DA's skin more than once. Haleigh and Alison also began to trust each other more and more, which eventually lead Alison to reveal a tragic future that would change everyone's lives forever.

With the death of Spellbinder, the Six's leader, Haleigh must find the strength to push on and continue their legacy. Though she feels guilty for not being able to save her friend, her comrades are counting on her, and she must find a way to deal with the pain and guilt and help Alison lead their team.

Powers: As a result of electro-shock torture techniques, Haleigh's body mutated to allow her to control the temperature in both her surrounding and objects, including human bodies. She can turn something from boiling-point hot (http://69.42.87.196/cgi-bin/v40/ezlclk.fcgi?id=9537) to cryogenically frozen in seconds, and vice versa. She can also produce and manipulate the elements fire and water on a mastery level, . Following her capture by Imagiomg and doctors Adam Chandler and Christopher Victory of MysTech, Haleigh underwent further transformation. Now infected with the Techno Organic virus, the virus itself was MUTATED due to interaction with Haleigh's own already unique physiology and instead of taking over her body, the virus has ENHANCED her body and given her a whole new array of powers and physical adaptability. Black Widow now posseses total sway & telekinetic control over all mechanical/inanimate objects such as computers, cars, telephone poles/light posts, construction equipment, computer systems, even satellites allowing her to activate machines/objects and control them to her specification. Haleigh has now become a cyberpath She is able to receive/process VAST amounts of data, with her mind and body functioning as the next best thing to a living computer, she can also interface herself with ANY IT/Computer system on the globe and even satellites that orbit the earth itself and extract information on just about ANYTHING/ANYONE from those systems a. codes/encryptions may temporarily impeded her progress but Haleigh is ALWAYS able to super impose her "will" over any computer system and there by hack for whatever information she needs. Haleigh is now also capable technical conjuring the ability manifesting ANY conventional weapon she may need..anything from a dagger or metallic baseball bat to a plasma cannon. The weapons she can manifest are all conventional/technical in nature and she is only limited by her own imagination. Physical changes that have occurred in Haleigh as a result of the Techno organic virus include: Super strength- the ability to lift/press 15 to 20 tons ; Immunity to temperature extremes- in fact...exposure to extreme COLD temeperatures will actually lower her body's "organic circuitry" resistence and allow her to process/execute technical functions even FASTER than before ; enhanced speed (capable or reaching up to the speed of sound: mach 1) ; Durability (allowing her a certain measure of regenerative capability as well as high resistance against conventional weapons) and a limited measure of resistance to some telepathic probing/manipulation as well as the ability to INFECT OTHERS with the T.O. virus where upon if she chooses to, she can render her target INERT and absorb their "life glow". Black Widow has recently perfected the technology of "molecular dispersement"...allowing her a personal "movement" power (in the same vein as stepping discs, blinking, worm holes etc)
