<< standing in a place that has inspired many stories and artistic impressions, the six found themselves in a realm with a "dream" like effect all around them. hidden above the clouds that traveled around the earth, they now stood before the mysteriously structured, flawlessly designed Mt. Olympus, the realm of the gods and goddesses and proof that they were all MORE than mere myths.>>
<< they were now about to begin what would be a most memorable and unusual journey, dealing with beings who were, despite their legends, all TOO HUMAN when it came to personal drama. At the most basic level, these beings were nothing more than super powered individuals who lived "elevated" above people who lacked the knowledge and understanding of super humans that abounds in the Six's timeline. That COULD bring some comfort and solace to certain members of the team, but it was not likely that it would be realized before long.>>
<< the team stood together but they were far from it. Haleigh was railing against EVERYONE just about and they hardly had the unified front they needed to pull this off. Alison stood along side Persephone and Nicolas flanked her on the other side, while Haleigh and Delilah of course were to remain behind her at all times. it was time for them to play their roles...and no one seemed too thrilled about it.>>
<< and so we watch>>

As Nicolas gave his warning, Delilah acted, creating a wormhole to the surface. To study the phenomenon as he went through it was an amazing experience for Nicolas, actually getting his mind off of his annoyanace and helping him to focus ahead on what was to come. He did not even acknowledge the spell woven by Alison to create understanding.
As he emerged with the team from the wormhole, Nicolas stood agape in front of MOUNT OLYMPUS itself!! The architecture was of couse from antiquity but the craftsmanship was unparallelled. It reminded him of seeing the Great Pyramids for the first time and imagining how cool they must have been when first built. As he reached forth with his TK to "touch the srtucture and surrounding bedrock, he cold sense new metals he was unfamiliar with. Their structures were very strong and they were imbued with what could ony be magic, as they seemed to POSSESS energy of their own. He stood beside Persephone and Alison, waiting for the goddess to take the lead.

:: Guardian emerged from the worm hole and felt the chill in the air as clouds and mist flowed past them. Mt Olympus.::
:: Even she could not ancitipate the splendor of this mysterious realm but from its peculiar labryinth structure, she expected that the laws of physical space would not apply the same as they did on earth.::
:: taking her place alongside Persephone, she knew it was time for them to play their roles and while HER'S was easier to play than that of Haleigh's or Delilah's, Alison didnt relish it at all. She was the team leader now with Morgan absent and her duty, her PRIORITY was to ensure the safety of the team. If she HAD to blow her cover to come to one of their aid...to protect them from Zeus or anyone else, then she WOULD.::
:: she turned to Persephone, realizing that they hadnt come up with a suitable name for her to use...given that "Alison" was far too MODERN a name for these times and so, for her own bit of amusement she decided....::
call me "Endora" while we're here ( :D )
:: it was in part because she couldnt come up with anything else that she liked and in part that Endora had always been one of her favorite TV witches.::
:: checking her own instinct to lead the way, she remembered that Persephone would have to walk ahead first and so she waited.::

:: Stiffling a laugh at Alison's name change, it was some much needed humor in the midst of angst and tension. Nodding her head, she leaned back over to Alison. ::
"Understood, Endora. Just refrain yourself from calling me Samantha, will you?"
:: Her tone soft yet lighthearted, it was a small joke on her part. Persephone did know of the television show, Bewitched. In fact, it used to be Darkchilde's favorite as well. ::
:: Walking forward, Alison and Nicolas were a few steps behind, flanked on either side of her. Haleigh and Delilah behind them. ::
"Maintain your distance, all of you. Whatever happens....just stay back."
:: They weren't in the BEST part of this time line. Only weeks earlier, Persephone had KILLED Demeter, Goddess of the Earth, which created a massive uproar among the Gods AND the mortals of the Earth. The 'lighter' of the Gods were angered by this act, and understandably shocked that such thing had happened. While the 'darker' Gods seemed quite pleased to see Persephone step out of her mothers shadow and gain the power that was rightfully hers. The mortals on the other hand were now petrified; not believing it was true to actually kill a God. For Persephone to do such an act made her MORE than powerful in their eyes. ::
:: As Persephone walked forward, the massive thirty foot golden double doors opened revealing a huge throne room. Fifty feet away, large, beautifully crafted chairs fit for royalty, lined the wall afar. Yards and yards of red drapery hung perfectly behind the thones, creating a regal feel to the already gorgeous room. As Persephone and the others continued to walk the length of the large room, only one chair was claimed at the moment....Athena's. Cursing under her breath, Persephone hated....HATED Athena. Both woman loathed each other, but their hate only increased after the death of Demeter. ::
:: Only ten feet away from the steps that lead to the thrones, Persephone lifted her hand indicating she wanted the others to stop. Continuing up the stairs, Persephone wickedly glared at Athena for this was the 'first' time they would be speaking/seeing each other after Demeter's death. ::
"Why Athena, is something wrong? You face is far more contorted than it usually is."
:: The six were used to seeing Persephone be cold and distant. Never picking fights or acting catty. Either just staying quiet or scolding someone when the situation became even too much for her to bare. But in this time period, she was far more cruel. In fact, she enjoyed picking fights with Athena...it was like a lovely past time for her. Pushing buttons, trying to get under her skin. Ahh, those wonderful feelings of hostility were coming back to the tamed Goddess. ::
:: Walking up to Demeter's old throne, Persephone SAT down, running her hands down the wooden part of the arm rails. Crossing her leg at the knee, her black gown went beautifully with the dark green fabrics of the chair. ::
"Hmm...seems to fit me perfectly."
:: Glancing to Athena, her eyes were dark emerald and almost satanic, as she further rubbed salt into Athena's wound. ::
"Wouldn't you say?"

[ After closing the wormhole, Delilah fell into step next to Haleigh behind Alison...er Endora. It was all she could do not to laugh. But oh, Alison would pay for that later, yes she would.
She looked up and gaped at where they now found themselves - Mount Olympus. The Mount Olympus. It was real. She suddenly felt very fortunate - how many others could say they had seen this sight, that they were a witness to history? It was beautiful, just as she would have imagined it. She felt humbled. It made it easier, somehow, to walk in disguised servitude. It was easy to feel unworthy of this place.
Entering the throne room, she marveled. It was even more beautiful on the inside. But there was someone in there. For the first time since their arrival in Ancient Greece, she felt apprehensive. How was this going to turn out?
She heard Persephone's quip at Athena. ]
Burn...
[ Of course she had the good sense not to say it out loud. Persephone was so confident now back in her own element. Was this the real Persephone we were now seeing? ]

As Alison declared her name for this caper, Nicolas almost giggled, smiling widely. He wasn't sure that Endora was an old enough name either, but that mattered little. Persephone's retort was equally light-hearted and for the moment there seemed to be a little light breaking through the cloudy mood of this group.
As the doors opened, a large throne room emerged and the team entered, pecking order intact. From the inscription on her throne it was obvious that Athena was in attendance, and from the dark thoughts that escaped her mind, she was VERY unhappy to see Persephone. Nicolas sent Seph a thought.
I have your back Seph. I am sorry about my disrespect before, I am here for you. Just... be careful.
Though he exuded confidence, Nicolas was worried. It was clear that Athena was not pleased, and he knew from his readings that she was someone who usually kept powerful...allies.
This could be one hell of a fight before the charade has even begun.
As Persephone sat in the throne for Demeter, Nicolas attended the goddess as her thoughts indicated a champion should.

:: Alison smiled a bit, knowing that the name "Endora" would draw some laughs from the team. just what they needed after all they'd been through in the underworld. She didnt mind at all and clearly Persephone understood too.::
:: as the walked in with Alison and Nicolas just behind Persephone by a step, they entered a large hall with thrones. it was more like a gigantic, marble conference room, most likely where the gods/goddesses would seat themselves for more formal discussions over the affairs of the mortals of earth.::
:: there were other levels , entrances and pillars that could be seen far up to the large vaulted ceilings, some of their orientations were not verticle either, giving proof to Alison's feeling that the laws of gravity and physical space would not apply the same here as they did earth. one person could be sitting vertically, and another could appear on another level standing with a horizontal orientation.::
:: Alison remained silent as Persephone strode forward and interacted with ATHENA, one of the most legendary of all gods/goddesses from antiquity. Persephone was bold, antagonizing and it was clear that was a history of hatred between them. She had referenced Athena more than once before with contempt long before they ever came here but from what Alison had known of Athena...the goddess of wisdom AND WAR...it was not likely that this woman would simply TAKE Persephone's insults and provocation lightly.::
:: Persephone obviously knew what she was doing and from what Alison could see in the timelines, they had returned just shortly after Persephone had killed her own mother, DEMETER, the goddess of nature AND the "mother" in the trinity of the moon. this was something that would no doubt lead to a tremendous fall out on Olympus.::
:: Alison kept her cobalt blue eyes focused as she took at the surroundings and watched Persephone interact with the other goddess.::

<< Athena sat tall and regal in her throne, watching with an unwavering GLARE as Persephone entered with her unusual looking companions in tow.>>
wretched child. you should have been STRANGLED AT BIRTH!
<< as Persephone stepped forward with arrogance and misplaced confidence, she took the throne of the recently deceased, the MURDERED Demeter and continued to antagonize the goddess further.>>
<< her voice flowed like Ororo's. there was an elegant tone and an almost hypnotic sound to it as it reverberated throughout the marble walls and columns of this massive area they were in.>>
You have the arrogance to return, so SOON after what you have done, you wretched traitor and you speak to ME with such INSOLENCE? I warn you , child. You may be one of us...but YOU may soon join your mother if you do not hold your forked tongue in CHECK.
<< Athena shifted in her seat to make SURE her glare met with Persephone's. she stood up. Athena was quite tall, and possesed of a nice, fit feminine form, her loyal companion, the owl Bupol sat perched perfectly on her arm and looking very alert as it studied Persephone's companions. Athena's owl was much like Morgan's tinkerbell in the way it functioned...an enchanted familiar. Athena walked over to Persephone and stood over her. INTENTIONAL crowding her and making SURE that the woman KNEW she was not welcomed here.>>
WHY are you here? what is it that you want NOW? any welcome that you may have had before has LONG since been worn out. You've stolen your mother's power, DISRUPTED the trinity of the moon and caused unrest on EARTH. You SHOULD be raked across the coals like your foolish cousin Prometheus or better still, HERCULES, who attempted to abuse my Amazons!

:: Keeping her dark glare fixated on Athena as she spoke, Persephone had the nerve to smirk devilishly while being 'repremanded' for her actions. Tapping her nails against the stained wooden arm rail, she rolled her eyes away as Athena stood. At the mention of forked tongue, Persephone mockingly hissed at her before laughing in her face. ::
"Your bark is louder than your bite, old woman."
:: Persephone was the oldest of the six and all of their allies combind. But in these cases, Persephone was considered one of the 'younger' Gods. ::
:: Lifting her full black lashes, Persephone's emerald eyes were breathtaking to say the least, but at that moment, they portrayed nothing more than EVIL and hate. Athena stood in front of her, invading the personal space of the Demi Goddess, and asking why she was here. With a smile, Persephone sat back, creating a bit of space between the two. ::
"And I thought you were considered one of the more intellegent Gods?"
:: Slithering out from behind Persephone's neck, a beautiful black cobra hissed its way down the goddess shoulder, coiling further down her arm. It was any guess where her little friend came from, but he seemed to take a liking to Athena's flying rodent. ::
"Nevertheless, i'll explain it to you slowly, so you can grasp your little mind around it. I'm Demeter's only child, therefore, in the unfortunate likelihood of her death, everything that was once hers, now belongs to me."
:: Standing slowly, the cobra's neck was now fanned outward, and mouth open wide. Venom dripped from it's fangs, the serpent almost acting like a protective dog. ::
"Which means, this throne, and all it's little perks that go along with it, are now mine. Funny how these things work out."
:: At this point during Athen and Persephone's conversation, Persephone was acting very coy and snide, enjoying the fact that Athena was standing before her angry and on the verge of attacking her. But the goddess cool confidence disappeared almost instantly as she stepped closer to Athena. With her voice low and her tone as cold as ice, Persephone kept her narrowed eyes fixated on Athena. ::
"Your underestimation of me already caused one Gods loss of life. Care to continue down that path, Athena? See how many MORE die at my hand? Because I can garentee you, my SPINELESS mother was only the FIRST of many more to come."

As Athena approached Persephone, Nicolas muscles tensed, ready for action. While a bit repulsed by the idea of one killing their own mother, he understood that it was a much different time. Beside, he was on PERSEPHONE'S side, no one else's in this Pantheon. He held his instinct to strike as the goddesses quarreled, smirking as Persephone's King Cobra made an appearance.
She was a magnificent specimen, clearly in excess of 18 feet long as far as he could see, and as deadly as any animal that ever slithered the Nile's riverbed. Nicolas had to fight the urge to study her more closely as he watched the serpent create a little space for their resident deity.

<< she snatches the cobra with a lightning move of one arm and hurls it away as it is now engulfed in flames. and in that same moment, Bupol departs his mistress' arm and flies to safety as Athena strikes at Persephone, backhanding her with such force across the jaw with a closed fist.>>
would you WAR with me and see who IS the next to DIE? because i can assure you, braggart...that it will NOT be ME.

[ Delilah flinched in spite of herself as Persephone was HIT by Athena. And that woman looked like she packed quite a punch. She doubted even Haleigh would be a match for the goddess, by the look of her. This was all going south, and fast. Delilah felt helpless, as all she could do was watch the two gods duke it out, not able to intervene. But if things got THAT worse, would they be forced to?
Athena's last statement made Delilah's ears perk up. She'd called them Persephone's "companions". Not servants. Companions. Was the jig up already? Had they been found out before they'd even begun? ]

:: Athena reached forward, snatching the black cobra away, tossing it aside in a fury of flames. One among a thousands she owned; far from a tirumphant blow. But the blow that Athena inflicted on Persephone next was much more effective. The back of her closed fist slammed across the demi goddess jaw with such force, it literally caused Persephone's head to whip to the side and her body to stumble in the same direction. ::
:: Holding onto the thone she stumbled into, Persephone's jaw ached painfully, but she didn't waver. Lifting her fingers to her lip, blood leaked from the corner of her mouth where her skin had been split. Looking at the blood painted on the pads of her fingers as she turned back to face Athena, Persephone didn't show any hints of pain as she stared her down. Moments of silence passed before Persephone SPIT a wad of acidic blood straight into Athena's face. ::

:: Getting the reaction she hoped for, Persephone did not smile or smirk, her face was cold and hard. But the glint in her eyes expressed all the pleasure that she was surpressing from her face. Athena's thunderous voice roared throughout the throne room of Mount Olympus. With the goddess' body slamming into her own, Persephone dropped to a knee. Withdrawing her Mystic Daggers from their holsters--which were hidden beneath her gown--Persephone put them in an "X" fashion, catching the blade of Athena's sword before it inched any closer to her. Although Athena's strength out matched her own, Persephone's daggers carried Hecate's charms of mystic energy. They began to glow a brilliant green, blasting Athena's sword back, giving Persephone room to back away to the side. ::
"Never underestimate your enemy...isn't that rule number one during war?"
With halls hallow and vacent, the exchange between Persephone and Athena could easily be heard. Zeus was far from pleased at Persephone's arrival. She had murdered his SISTER, a woman whom he dearly loved and admired. So for him to know his sister fell at the hands of a power hungry brat like Persephone angered him immensley.
Entering the throne room from one of the side hallways, Zeus witnessed Persephone SPIT in the face of Athena! Gripping his hands into tight fists as Athena lashed out with a violent attack, showing great skill, Persephone managed to avoid it. Outraged, Zeus approached Persephone from behind, pulling the lot of her waist length hair, and wrapping it around her own throat creating a noose. Pulling her tightly against his body, his strength was far beyond Athena's, making Persephone's ability to breath, non existant.
"FOOLISH GIRL!"
Zeus' voice roaring loudly throughout the throne room.

- Quickly running in behind Zeus just in time to see him grab Persephone's hair and use it to strangle her, Aphrodite's face expressed nothing but worry. -
"Zeus! Stop it! Now!"
- Yelling out, Aphrodite, Goddess of Love, didn't dare touch Zeus, but came up beside him, looking at him with pleading eyes. Aphrodite had no quarrels with Persephone in the past, but that didn't mean she condoned the murder of Demeter. -
"Damnit, Zeus! Let her go!"
- Waist length blonde locks, curled to perfection, fell beautiful along her white silk gown. Aphrodite was gorgeous beyond anything any history book could had written. Breathtaking and natural. Although gorgeous, Aphrodite had a heart of gold, wanting nothing more than for everyone to love one another. Very naive, but nevertheless, an asset that further made this goddess beautiful beyond words. -

Endora, HA! She'd make QUITE the mother-in-law. Haleigh thought, but didnt say aloud.... she put on her game face instead, and even the displeasure seemed to melt away to an unreadable expression.
She arrives with the rest at the gates of Mount Olympus, and motions for Persephone, Guardian, and Nicolas to go ahead of her. The others looked round at the opulent decor, but Haleigh immediately eyed the one occupant. In fact, she seemed not to notice the surroundings at all, and even less to be impressed by them.... she watches surreptitiously as Persephone interacts with Athena, and notes the hostility. The more intense the bickering gets, the more Haleigh looks like a caged tiger.... everytime Athena says something, Haleigh looks like she is about to speak, but then she falls back, and even allows a smirk at a couple of Perse's more bold remarks. There's that iron grit.... don't you back down Ava. Haleigh has always been torn in the past-- in her and Ava's past-- When they were younger, she stepped in alot for her sister, but as they grew up and got into their teens, Haleigh realized that Ava needed to find her own strength, the strength she would need to someday stand up for herself. But it was a fine line.... and in the life and death situtations they were in nowadays, Haleigh found it harder NOT to step in sooner. If she could have her way, she'd protect Ava from all this. She lamented that her attempt to do just that had failed.
Haleigh almost jumped forward when Athena HIT Perse... but when she saw Ava STARING her down, and then SPIT at her, she fell back once more.... Atta girl. She mused, biding her time. In the back of her mind she knew that in her now LIMITED power capacity, she might not stand a chance against the Goddess of War.... but at the same time she knew that she would blow her cover to smithereens the moment her sister-- or any other teammate, for that matter-- needed her.
That moment seemed to come quite soon, as Athena drew a SWORD and prepared to bring it down upon Persephone, and Haleigh finally raised a hand, ready and now willing to blow their little role playing game out of the water and stop Athena from using the sword. She knew that no one else was here-- no one was visible, and Athena had her back to Haleigh, making it all too easy to pull the sword from Athena's hands, but instead, showing a good deal of both self control and foresight, she played it safe, and rather than all out halting the sword in midswing, she slowed it, and she was relieved to find Persephone was quick enough on her feet to block the oncoming weapon. Haleigh quickly pulled her hand in as Zeus entered and attacked... and while she wanted to take hole of Athena's sword and SMACK him with the flat of it, she knew their odds here were quickly dwindling. WHY had they come here again? She caught eyes with Delilah, and could tell that she wanted to do something too... but Alison was being still.... and Haleigh took that as a sign to wait... just a little while longer. We REALLY have to get better communications going on. CHRIST, why didn't I make everyone wear the earpieces??
Aphrodite came in next, and took to pleading with Zeus. Haleigh damn near rolled her eyes. Oh, YEAH... that's really going to do it. Why don't you promise to give him a KISS. Fricken Goddess of Love. Gimme a break.

[ she stood with her hand posed in a gesture, pointing at the direction of Zeus and where Persephone was.]
its not NICE to gang up on people, Zeus. Your blustering doesnt proove anything, except that you ALWAYS want to be the center of attention.
[ she snapped her fingers almost dismissively and Persephone was now reconstituted BEHIND her with a crash of thunder heradling the excution of that magick. it seemed to be a form of TELEBLINKING, but UNLIKE Alison, Hecate didnt have to CALL OUT the object that she wanted to use the power on. ]
even when its NOT about you.
[ the thunder rolled and echoed, fading away as Hecate's lofty tone filled the air. her stance, her posture exuded confidence and a coolness about her that wouldnt be shaken by anyone.]
If Persephone and Athena want to fight it out...then let THEM have at it. Besides, don't you have some other female on Earth you should be spying via your scrying pool while you engage in pleasures of the flesh to the sight of her nakedness?
[ Hecate had NO problem calling things as she saw them, and Zeus' rampant womanizing was no secret to anyone on Olympus.]
You proove NOTHING by doing this, save that you are as ABUSIVE as you are IMPULSIVE with women...women who will TOLERATE IT that is.
[ of them all, Athena, Hecate, Artemis and Demeter were the only goddesses strong enough to keep zeus in check. even HERA sometimes had a hard time with that.]
[ looking behind her to Persephone.]
Welcome back, Persephone. You rushed out of here before you could admire the fire you started, but I guess you knew that the flames would be fanned by your return.
[ noticing the daggers]
those fit you good, dont they? Looks like you've gained some dexterity from the last time you used them.

:: With her oxygen supply abruptly cut off, Persephone couldn't even gasp before she was taken into a vice grip by Zeus. Typical...stepping in at the last minute to make himself look bolder than he really was. With her hands gripping tightly against his, her nails dug into his skin, drawing blood. But he didn't flinch. Frankly, Aphrodite found it wonderful to know that Persephone had a trusting friend in Hecate. Seeing the Goddess of Witchcraft appear and whisk Persephone away from Zeus' grip, Aphrodite glared harshly before decending down the stairs to Persephone's aid. -
- Kneeling down, Aphrodite placed her hand on Persephone's shoulder, looking carefully over her. Seeing she was alright, she slowly assisted Persephone up, holding the majority of the weak goddess weight onto her own body. -
"Persephone, why must you taunt them. You have nothing to proove them or anyone else for that matter."

Aphrodite was drop-dead gorgeous, but that seemed to be it. Hecate though was impressively good-looking, and had one hell of a wit to her. He was impressed to see the source of what he saw in Morgan to some degree. Nicolas waited a bit longer to see how this would play out.

:: Looking to Aphrodite, Persephone's cold eyes softened. Aphrodite was the ONLY 'light' God that she actually considered to be a friend. She was never judgemental, yet she was stern and authority when need be. Squeezing Aphrodite's hand, Persephone shook her head as she spoke loud enough for only their ears to hear. ::
"You're heart is of pure gold, Aphrodite....Mine is as black as the nights sky. I will never understand why you are tolerate of me, but I am who I am. I will not back down from Athena, Zeus, or anyone else for that matter."
:: Finally regaining the strength to stand on her own, Persephone let go of Aprhodite's hands. ::
"You of all people, should understand that."
Hera waited purposefully until the other goddesses had entered the throne room, readying herself to make an entrance befitting what she was: The Queen of Olympus. She strode into the room, her tall form gliding in regal grace, head held high. That look of slightly bored disdain so prominently found in the royal emanating from her face.
Not looking at any of the goddesses - or any of the Six - in her presence, she sauntered over to Zeus. Linking her left with his, resting her hand on his forearm, she reached up and kissed his cheek.
"Hello, lover."
She let her right hand caress his back and left shoulder as she leaned her body into his. Only then did she turn her head and look at the others. Noticing Persephone, her golden eyes gave her that look of vengeful disgust that only Hera had.
"Oh. So you aren't dead. Pity."
She looked at Hecate and her disgust nearly turned into a snarl.
"I suppose you're here to fetch your lap dog. Be quick about it - before I kick her myself."
She leaned her face nearer to Zeus' and nuzzled his ear, a self-satisfied smirk on her face. The look of a woman who has just trumped all other rivals. To any other woman's eye it would be clear that Hera was playing an age old game - marking her territory, showing that THIS man was owned by her and her alone.

:: it was all happening so fast, but no less than what she expected. one by one, the gods and goddesses appeared. love her or hate her...no matter how weak or powerfull anyone might have thought Persephone to be..this was all because of HER! it was a glimpse into a life that few knew about , a past that gave Alison a whole new viewing of Persephone. she was more than just a "self described goddess" as she had initially written her off as when they first found her in Darkchilde's Limbo...she was a real goddess with a past firmly rooted in antiquity::
:: when HECATE arrived, Alison felt her presence..much like she felt when Circe had arrived at Barbara Minerva's estate, but this wasnt a violating, "pulling" effect like with Circe, this was an all encompassing feeling of peace and UNDERSTANDING. Hecate was her mother....the mother of ALL witches really and she felt DRAWN to the woman..like she had KNOWN HER all her life! she even had a faint resemblance to her heir, MORGAN.::
:: Hecate and Aphrodite rescued Persephone from Zeus and while Aphrodite helped Persephone to her feet, Hecate went after ZEUS with such boldness and biting wit...she could see Karen AND Morgan in this goddess. It was almost overwhelming to her to be in the presence of the woman who made ALL witches possible.::
:: Haleigh , Delilah and Nicolas were all feeling the same way ALISON had felt, but thankfully, things had not spiraled out of control or gotten to the point where they WOULD have had to blow their cover to try to save Persephone. it was playing out just as Alison had seen.::
:: the gods and goddesses were so wrapped up in themselves that their indignation (or indefference) to Demeter's murder by Persephone was almost a side note at this point. for all their power, they squabbled and postured like any normal human might....like many of the SIX had in times past.::
:: it was fascinating to watch...like looking into a warped looking glass and getting an extreme object lesson into personality/character flaws.::
:: Hera was the last to appear, and true to form, she was as clingy as she was possessive...even though it didnt seem to stop Zeus from his trampy ways. Hera went straight for Hecate, antagonizing her almost immediately and she KNEW this wouldnt go over well with the goddess of witch craft.::
oh THIS should be FUN! i can almost imagine what MORGAN would be saying right now! its a SHAME she's missing this!!
With Persephone tight within his grasp, he heard Aphrodite come in behind him, begging to let her go. He would never understand why Aphrodite insisted on defending this wreched homewrecker.
"This does not concern you!"
Becoming annoyed, Zeus' grip around Persephone's body soon became nothing but air. Growling out in contempt, he shot a look over to Hecate who appeared. With his eyes narrowed into a look of utter disgust, that woman needed to be taught where her place was in this world!
"Shut your mouth, woman! Your venomous words are not wanted here; especially when you're defending that arrogant whore!"
Pointing his finger to Persephone who was now up and standing on her own
"You will learn one of these days, Hecate. Your place in this world is to serve me!"
Feeling Hera brush up against him, Zeus instinctively wrapped his arm tightly around her waist, pulling her closer to his own body. His eyes did not leave Hecate's. He would be damned if he let a woman get the best of him, especially in the company of servents.

"Right on time."
:: Rolling her eyes seeing Hera appear, she stepped forward aside of Hecate. Persephone was feeling much better now. Only the bruising around her neck giving remanence of what had happened to her. Glaring Hera and Zeus down, Persephone couldn't help but let out a low laugh. ::
"Funny how you show up when Zeus is in a room full of woman, Hera. Worried he might choose another whore to fondle?"
:: Her contempt for Hera was a far lesser version than Athena's. They had a tendency to pair up, which pissed Persephone off. But what angered Persephone even more was the fact that Hera was so blind to Zeus' ridiculous act. She gave all woman a bad name; fawning over a man who would toss her aside for any woman with a nice pair of legs. ::
"Watch out love....your needy, grasping, side is coming out."

[ standing almost as tall as Athena, Hecate turned on her high heel [ always the outlandish trend setter since high heels were not exactly "invented" yet] and rolled her eyes exhaling LOUDLY to noticeably interrupt both Hera and Zeus. she couldnt help but snicker with mocking contempt as Hera started with her first.]
Oh why HELLO there Hera! So glad you could make this reunion! it just wouldnt be the same without the goddess of.....
[ Hecate paused...making a deliberately confused facial expression as she put her finger to her temple and feigned "hard thinking"]
wait...WHAT exactly are YOU the "goddess" OF again? i can't remember. I mean it just seems that your BEST suited to whining, complaining and CLINGING to that blustering man [ gesturing to zeus] and that anything ELSE you MIGHT be relevant for is lost on the fact that you are the ULTIMATE example of a jealous, insecure WIFE who cant even keep her husband's attention for more than a MOMENT before the wind changes and finds him lusting after some helpless mortal woman.
[Zeus bellowed at her, admonishing her to "know her place" to which she LAUGHED heartily, titling her head back and even going so far as to Shove Nicolas, who was standing near her.]
get a load of HIM will you?
[ she chortled with amusment]
Zeus, dear sweet zeus. You spend far too much time gloating over your conquests of women in the mortal world and not enough time REMEMBER WHO it was that saved YOU, HERA, HADES , POSEIDON and in fact EVERYONE in this room from DEATH at the hands of your FATHER , CRONUS!
[ She looked dead at Zeus with her striking purple eyes..yet ANOTHER resemblance to Morgan]
Yes, THATS RIGHT...when NONE of you could destroy let alone CONTAIN the man that had once SWALLOWED YOU as infants to ensure that NONE OF YOU would take his throne...it was I and the MAGICKS that I COMMAND that turned the tide of the battle and FINALLY brought an END to his threat to your lives. without ME you would HAVE NO WHERE to stand and posture as you do...so YOU would do WELL to remember that.
I have NO NEED of you Zeus, and if you want a SERVANT....just look to what you have in your arms!
[ nodding at Hera]
that whining wench has all the talents you require for a mindless simpleton willing to do your bidding.
[Hecate had come to the aid of Zeus and his brothers when they found they could NOT defeat their father Cronus...a man so insane with jealousy and fear of being usurped that he had once taken to EATING his children. it was only through the efforts of ATHENA that they gained their freedom and were able to fight him long enough before Hecate FINALLY ended his threat.]

Nicolas was watching the interaction with a mix of entertainment and contempt when Hecate laughed at Zeus so hard she shoved Nicolas. She was strong enough to almost make him lose balance, and he smiled at her familiar moment with him in spite of himself. She was SO much as he would imagine Morgan would be here. In control, cool, strong. He found that very attractive and he stood smirking, holding his axe in his folded arms, more than willing to go to war with the group he now had.
The smile dissipated from Hera's face as she turned back to Persephone.
"Funny how you show up when Zeus is in a room full of woman, Hera. Worried he might choose another whore to fondle?"
"Well if I hear anybody's looking for whores Persephone, I'll be sure to send them right to you."
She winked and clucked her tongue. Gutter trash like Persephone were a dime a dozen, and certainly not enough to get a rise out of Hera.
Hecate said her piece. As if anyone in the room except her hangers-on cared.
She made a show of examining her fingernails, then turned abruptly to Hecate, pretending to only just then realize she was in the room.
"Oh, are you quite finished dear? I'm afraid I tuned out all your drivel there. Hope I didn't miss anything important. Now if you're done making dramatic speeches - are you sure you're not the goddess of court jesters? - aren't there some mortals out there who need to know how to make doves out of toads or...something? As for my position here..."
She pushed slightly away from Zeus and turned her body to face Hecate, training those golden eyes directly on the goddess of witchcraft.
"Others may come and go, but I will always be the Queen here. Get used to it."

[ Hecate glared at Hera. the woman OBVIOUSLY rested too much on her laurels. She seemed to forget there was a REASON why Zeus, Hades, Poseidon and the other "powerfull" gods respected her on the same level as Athena]
court jesters? my dear, the only JOKE here is you, but in case you need a REMINDER as to who is your BETTER...
[ Hecate snaps her fingers and crash of thunder is heard as Hera's body from the neck down is turned PAINFULLY into solid stone, with her feet fused to the floor.]
that body transformation spell is the SAME one that i used on your FATHER Cronus...you remember...the one who ATE you when you were born and ATHENA had to free you? only THAT time, i turned HIM into a gnarled tree and set him ABLAZE. be THANKFULL that i do not treat you the same way.
[she knew that Zeus would try to command her to release Hera but she ALSO knew that NO ONE but HER could reverse any spell she cast. Zeus wouldnt be stupid enough to try anything....he already k new how VENGEFULL and UNFORGIVING Hecate was. yet another trait exhibited by Morgan]
Let's play a game! it's called...
[in a slightly exaggerated, "derranged" tone of voice]
"Hera shuts her mouth and remembers that SHE can be disposed of just as EASILY as Demeter if she doesnt tred LIGHTLY with Hecate!"
[ she does not negate the spell just yet. but instead waits...]

AAAAAWW Shit! This lady is hell!!
Both beautiful and extremely powerful, Hecate is very attractive to Nicolas but like with Morgan, he'd be damned if he made the first move. These were the type of women that picked you, you didn't get cocky enough to simply try to pick up. So he gave her body a quick once over with his eyes only, keeping his head straight and stayed stock still, waiting...

<< Athena loathed Persephone. But she couldnt deny that this goddess had picked up some tricks...somehow. her tactical savvy had improved and Athena was secretly IMPRESSED by it. Persephone successfully parried a powerfull thrust from Athena and held her ground. The goddess of war stepped back, quickly assessing the situation and realizing that Persephone was taking advantage of Hecate's magicks via enchanted daggers. She knew well enough that it was no easy task to fight through Hecate's magicks....that was the CRONE of the trinity of the moon.>>
you may hide behind the magicks of the crone, but without them, you will FALL to me. Do not be so hasty to count this day as YOURS...for one round HARDLY determines the outcome of a war.
<< Athena's voice was authoritative, confident and she spoke as if she already had some battle plans to compensate for Persephone's increased tactical savvy. She WAS after all, the goddess of wisdom and war.>>
<< soon, Zeus, Aphrodite, Hecate and Hera appeared...clearly Aphrodite and Hecate were Persephone's friends while Hera despised her as did Zeus. Athena was hardly impressed with Hera and considered her to be little more than a glorified consort. she was a disgrace to the strength and wisdom that ALL women had within them by the way she fawned over a man who was legendary for his infidelity.>>
<< Hecate pointed out something that Zeus could NOT deny. SHE was instrutmental in them ALL being where they were now, being able to even squabble like this in the halls of mt. olympus but Hera did nothing but ADD to the drama and while Athena loathed Persephone, she hardly thought much more of Hera. STILL, she felt Hecate's vulgar displays of power and abuse of her fellow goddess in front of strangers was unecessary.>>
Hecate, kindly refrain from bullying Hera. We are all WELL aware of your power and your position. No one can take away from that...try as they may to << glancing at Hera with a disapproving look>> but we are all standing here, engaging in personal matters and letting our issues play out in front of strangers... <<gesturing to the six who were now disguised in various roles>>. this will not serve to promote us among mortals on earth or strengthen their faith in us if they receive word of these kinds of things going on here.
<< Athena and Hecate had a mutal understanding. they werent FRIENDS..but they had worked together WELL often. They had no personal issues with one another.>>
Hecate, please release Hera and Hera, If you have nothing of SUBSTANCE to add to this discussion aside from reminding everyone of who your husband is...then KEEP SILENT. Let us not let our despair over the actions of HER << gesturing dismissively at Perspehone>> allow us to come undone in the presence of these strangers.

[ Delilah breathed a silent sigh of relief - Persephone was safe, thanks to Hecate's intervention. For that Delilah thanked her. But Persephone had killed her own mother? No wonder the other gods hated her. She thought the fighting was just about over when Hera arrived, dripping poison for both Hecate and Persephone. And both of these woman could be catty as hell in their own right, it appeared. She had to admit it suprised her about Persephone. She had thought her above such things. But this was a different time, she supposed.
And Hecate...she clearly could be cruel, and was definitely a bit drunk on her own power. Delilah wondered if this was why magick in their own times was governed by such strict rules - as she understood it - that sought to limit how power was used. The goddess of withcraft also clearly shared Morgan's disdain for men as a gender. And being as that was one way in which Delilah and Morgan were not alike, she thought the goddess was being a bit hard on Hera. But what did she really know? She had just arrived here - it was like coming into a movie half way through and not knowing what you'd missed.
Athena, ironically, seemed to be the logical one. Perhaps most like Delilah herself. And Aphrodite was the peacemaker. Ans Zeus? He was clearly the cold, ruthless leader.
Delilah wasn't sure what they were going to accomplish in the presence of these beings. What were they doing here? ]

"Oh go squeel your common insults somewhere else, Hera."
:: Crossing her arms along her chest, Persephone rolled her eyes dismissively at Hera. She was ridiculous beyond words. Holding onto Zeus like a prized heifer. It was appauling. Letting out a laugh as Hecate turned the bottom half of Hera's body into stone, Persephone was enjoying this far too much. ::
"Awe, don't worry Zeus. I'm sure someone can chisel a hole into your pretty little wife for you somewhere."
:: Grinning, Persephone glanced to Athena who began to threaten her once again. She was like a broken record. Repetative and bothersome to the ears. ::
"Oh get off your high horse, Athena. I need not rely on Hecate's powers to be able to knock your teeth into the back of your skull. Give me time, swetheart. I'm just warming up."
Growing increasingly annoyed with Hecates boasting, Zeus didn't care whether or not she saved him from death before. Her shrilly voice and constant narcissism about how powerful and almighty she was was giving him a headache. Lifting his hand, Zeus shook his head, utterly at his wits end with this woman.
"I'm through listening to you gloat about your powers, Hecate. I've heard the same story for years already, and i'm sure i'll hear it for many more years to come. You are a tactless woman who needs to decry everyone of their abilities to make yourself seem worth wild. The respect you so desperately crave will never be earned by intimidating us or anyone else for that matter. And that goes for you as well, child."
Looking to Persephone with a disapproving glare.
"Your powers very well may out match my own, but I have the respect and love of the people. You are nothing more than a wicked witch in their eyes. A witch that will one day be exposed as the over zealous primadonna that you are!"
Sweeping his long robe as he turned away from Hecate and the others. Walking toward the hallway in which he had first entered, Zeus was fed up with both Hecate AND Persephone disrespecting him in his own palace. Disappearing from sight, his voice could be heard echoing out bellows for his wife.
"COME, HERA!"
Hera shook her head as Hecate used her parlor tricks on her.
"As I said, court jester. How amusing."
Her tone was anything but amused, however.
Athena, at least, was being practical. She might not be friends with the goddess of war, but at least Athena was logical - not some insane jealous harpie like Hecate and Persephone.
Zeus, of course, came to her rescue and put Hecate and Persephone in their places. He loved her - despite what he might do with trifles - it was she he always came back to. He needed her.
Closing her eyes briefly, she used her ability to shapeshift to change form into a lioness, thus breaking Hecate's spell over her. She looked at Hecate and let out a triumphant roar, then turned on padded feet and followed Zeus out of the room.

Watching the interactions between the Godesses [and Zeus] was a little surreal for Haleigh... they seemed so... HUMAN. Their problems and attitudes, their relationships and behavior, even their tendencies toward self-absorbtion and pride were of the human condition... In fact, the longer Haleigh watched, the more she was of the opinion that these 'god/godesses' were simply people quite like the Six... superpowered individuals and little else... it just so happened that in THIS time having abilities like theirs was cause to be celebrated and WORSHIPPED, as opposed to being hunted and PERSECUTED. It was an interesting theory. Haleigh wondered how THESE beings would function in the 21st century, and she could only assume quite a few of them would self-destruct or be captured. Times have certainly changed... A man like Zeus wouldn't last too very long, that's for sure. She thought, as she remained still and as unnoticeable as possible.
There were quite a few shows of power and even the way they TREATED each other seemed to echo the Six's own relationships. there was usually someone fighting with someone else, a couple of steady, no fail alligiances and some inbetweens as well. Despite Persephone's and Athena's mutual aversion, Haleigh found herself intrigued by the 'Goddess of War and Wisdom'... she was levelheaded, and while she HAD shown an outburst of anger initially, she had hidden emotion away since and remained pretty calm overall, AND showed awareness in that she didn't let the unknown 'visitors' among them go unnoticed. Too bad Haleigh was playing pauper.... she might have liked to have a nice long chat with the woman.

:: Alison felt an almost NATURAL contempt for Hera, she set woman kind back CENTURIES the way she pined after Zeus, a man who was so full of himself it was amazing that anyone ELSE could fit into the room! his EGO entered the room 5 minute before HE did!:
:: Hecate was like the BLUEPRINT for Morgan. She could see so many of her traits in Morgan, even Karen for that matter. This was the beginning of "witchcraft" as they knew it in their timeline and watching Hecate was like watching an artform come to life. In her presence, Alison felt surprisingly safe.::
:: As the confrontation continued, it was remarkable how each goddess/god seemed to be the total personification of some personality type. there was "the powerfull bitch[hecate]", "the macho pig[zeus]" , "the wicked bad girl[persephone]", "the easy going peacemaker [aphrodite]" , "the cold intelligent snob [athena]" and finally , what Alison considered to be "the bane to feminism[Hera]". As the OTHERS had no doubt already observed...this group of beings were not TOO unlike THE SIX in their various line ups from the past till now..and so, dysfunctional and character flaws were NOT unique to The Six in theirs or ANY OTHER timeline!::
:: the bitterness between Hera and Hecate was matched only by that of Athena and Persephone. It was also interesting that Athena and Hecate...seemingly the strongest goddesses present had- at best- a strictly professional relationship. No friendship or bonds beyond that at all. they respected one another and it was mentioned that both played a key role in the gods/goddesses being able to even HAVE moments like this [post Cronus]. and Hecate was SURE to make sure Zeus never forgot that while he continued to bluster on about being "the king of the gods".::
I would've put HIM on ice ages ago
:: she thought as she took a moment to admire her own nails, ignoring his attempt to reprimand Hecate for using her power against Hera. Athena of course prooved to be true to her mantle as she advised them to reign themselves in if for NO other reason than the fact they had visitors present...she was referring to The Six who were garbed in various outfits and they immediately indicated their roles but would the gods/goddesses take notice of them now? Zeus departed, along with Hera (in lion form) leaving Hecate, Aphrodite , Athena and Persephone with the Six. ::
:: it seemed that for now...this reunion was all that would happen and that more direct interaction would take place later. Alison saw the most likely time thread involving the team returning to the underworld castle...with Hecate and things would get very interesting from that point on for ALL of them.::

[ Hecate stood tall and unfazed by Zeus' indignant rebuke of her]
and yet, you can do NOTHING abou it. I am NOT one of your children, NOR am i subject to their heirarchy that others here seem to adhere too. I have no need of YOU OR this place.
[ true enough, Hecate didnt even RESIDE on Olympus permanently, in part because she couldnt stand Hera and if they stayed in the same realm for long...there would be war and also in part because while she was happy to help destroy Cronus, she could hardly identify with some of the other self absorbed pursuits of the gods/goddesses there. Not that she was ABOVE being self absorbed HERSELF...but she just didnt want to be all the way "IN" with them like that. She may have had the respect of Zeus, Hades, Poseidon and Athena and she was close friends with Persephone... but Hecate was still not truly apart of this scene and it showed.]
[Hera freed herself from Hecate's stone entrapment and attempted to show some type of boldness by roaring loudly. the goddess of witchcraft merely stared at her, THROUGH her with seething contempt, wanting to MURDER her just as Persephone had murdered Demeter.]
stay in that form TOO long and I may have to check into having you SPAYED.
[ Hera took her leave, and Hecate continued to stare with evil glint in her eyes...it was a look the others had seen before from Morgan when SHE was contemplating brutal violence or revenge. there was something MORE here than mere rivalry. Hera had WRONGED Hecate once before and Hecate was NOT known for her forgiveness...and as for Zeus? the mere fact that he DESTROYED what would have been the courtship between Hades and Hecate by forcing Persephone to marry Hades (part of her penance for murdering Demeter) ....the fact that Hades didnt do MORE to contest it....all of these things were still churning in Hecate's icy heart and bitter mind.]
Well, now that the VERMIN have left...
[ she said with a lofty tone]
what or should i say WHOM have you here, Persephone?

Endora, tell me, what do you....a "would be" Seer... see in our future? the future and livelyhood of those who reside on Mt. Olympus?
<< a general question at best...and since the gods and goddesses were immortal (at least in theory) Athena expected this woman not to know that and therefore proove herself to be a fraud. she stood and watched.>>

:: Guardian felt Persephone's hand on her back....anyone who had worked with her on the team long enough knew she didnt like being touched. she was VERY stand offish that way...and only in the most extreme or transitional times did she show any type of physical interaction with someone. She STRUGGLED not to flash a glare at Persephone for touching her as she felt herself being ushered forward a bit. She instead allowed herself to slowly step foward with a forboding presentation as she nodded her head slowly to Athena.::
:: her facial expression remained cool, "stone" like as her cobalt blue eyes with Athena and while the goddess was fascinated by her, Alison felt a sense of curiosity about Athena as well....but also she felt that even Athena, wisest of the gods/goddesses was hampered by the dysfunctional dynamic that ran rampant around Olympus.::
Endora, tell me, what do you....a "would be" Seer... see in our future? the future and livelyhood of those who reside on Mt. Olympus?
WOULD BE!? she WISHES she had ANY inclination of precognition as i do!
:: Alison longed to lash out but she kept herself in check and instead nodded slowly as she looked up and appeared to be "concentrating" as she took a regal pose. as she had done back when the six FIRST united, her cobalt blue eyes turned solid white and an odd sound of "energy" could be heard in the air..the sound echoed througout the massive, multi leveled labyrinth.::
:: she began to speak, with a solemn tone, clear and slightly deeper.::
Athena, Goddess of Wisdom and War, your reputation proceeds you. Allow me to show you why I am most worthy a choice to be the Seer for Persephone for ALL times flow before me as the waters of the black sea.
:: she continued to speak as she reached out with her mind's eye.::
the gods and goddesses of mt. olympus are immortal..but THAT only protects from AGING...that does NOT protect against death..against MURDER as you have already seen...but as I look out into the endless time stream...i see ANOTHER violent murder that will rock these halls. a male god will meet his end in a most savage way and his blood will flow as strong as the currents of the sea...
:: she looked ahead...::
and the dischord that already plagues these halls will escalate with an act of disrespect and betrayal that will be deemed UNFORGIVABLE by a goddess. lines will be drawn as the gods and goddesses forever take sides and ...the moon will run RED with HER anger and desire for VENGEANCE....it will be the beginning of CENTURIES long retribution!
:: They had traveled so far back that Alison was now predicting the FIRST occurence of the red moon but did not reveal just how it would come about or who would be responsible. PERSEPHONE of course knew and the SIX also knew who was behind the Red Moon according to history....HECATE.::

Haleigh could feel Athena's glare burning into her, and she tossed her hair back and looked up. She noticed Persephone looking back at her and Delilah, as if checking on them, and she gave a Ava an assuring glance. She wasnt having too much a problem keeping quiet with so much going on... but it was a bit annoying to be brushed off and even more so that she couldn't speak to defend herself.
Athena was having a hard time buying their act, and rightly so. She questioned Persephone, and scoffed at Alison. Oh.... you shouldn't have done that.... she thought. Alison stepped forward and stole the show, proving by far that she was no joke.... and Haleigh looked on with a growing smirk. She listened to Alison's warnings... and upon mention of the red moon, threw a sideways glance at Hecate.... THAT part, she knew.... she speculated who was to die that would piss Hecate off the most....

:: Persephone let out a quick laugh hearing Athena's twenty questions about who Nicolas was. Her interest in him was amusing. ::
"Nicolai is a champion warrior from Egypt, recommended to me by Isis. He is a well respected fighter of all forms. A far cry from your pubescent little brats you put in the arena."
:: Finally she took an interest in Alison, asking a broad question. But in Alison fashion she provided an accurate view into the 'future'. Keeping an even stare fixated on Athena, Persephone cocked a brow and gave her a smirk. ::
"How enlightening, Endora. Thank you. Well, here's a friendly tip: i'd watch your pretty little back if I were you."
:: Turning to Hecate, Athena's questions about the group were far enough. If she was becoming suspicious, Persephone needed to take the group and leave immediately. ::
"As 'productive' as this has been, i'm ready to leave. Care to join me?"

:: as Persephone spoke, "Endora" nodded slowly and moved back. She had spoken and left it just open enough to beg more questions to which no answers would come. ALISON knew Persephone wanted it that way on purpose and was fine with indulging her in that.::
:: as Persephone bid a cold farewell to Athena and asked Hecate if she wanted to join them back in the underworld, Alison felt a bit less irritated.::
finally...to be away from this place, and these pompous beings.
:: she knew the others were not enjoying themselves either...but what bothered her was that Hecate seemed to be observing them with a "knowing" glare. as if she could see right through the facade. she saw a confrontation of course coming to them once they arrived at the castle.::

[ Hecate watched Athena as the incredulous goddess stared Persephone down...not showing any OUTWARD reaction to Endora's startling prediction. Hecate took note...]
the MOON
[ Hecate watched Endora with a more deep thought. There was MORE to the woman than what Persephone was letting on. ]
you are many things my dear Persephone....INCLUDING a lousy liar
[if anyone knew about double crossing and treachery it was Hecate and though Persephone had to play a hard role in the face of people like Athena and Zeus...she was not good at concealing most things from her close friend and partner in crime, Hecate.[/i]
[ Endora was MORE than a mere seer. she was GIFTED...she had t he touch of MAGICK and it was as black as any known to man on earth. Hecate's own magickal detection indicated this and if SHE was gifted...than the others had to be as well but WHY were they all with Persephone? and why pose in their various disguises? Persephone WAS up to something. she even SEEMED different..more daring and BOLD in the face of someone like Athena or even Zeus!]
hmm yes.
[Hecate said as she glared at the group behind her.]
i think i WILL take a little visit with you to the Underworld. I have some things i need to.... [she looked at Rampage] check up on.

<< and with that, Persephone, The Six and Hecate prepared to take their leave of Olympus leaving Athena and Aprhodite to ponder what they had learned from "Endora".>>
<< a most bitter reunion indeed. the gods and goddesses of olympus prooved that they, despite their powers and associations, were all ONLY human in many ways that counted the most.>>
<< the six were given an indepth glimpse into the dysfunctional "family dynamic" of Persephone's and saw that perhaps it wasnt as grand as mythology had painted it out to be.>>
<< now, with lines clearly drawn as to who got along with whom and who dispised whom...things became even more interesting as Alison easily predicted the death of yet ANOTHER god on the horizon as well as the moment in which Hecate would vow vengeance upon the gods/goddesses of olympus and those who worshiped them for CENTURIES to come.>>
<< the six were forced to play the role of "audience" for most of this first visit to olympus but things would not be so EASY for them the next time they returned here. For NOW though, it was time to return to the Underworld where they could all relax and BREATHE and be THEMSELVES...or COULD THEY?>>
<< Hecate had a surprise instore for them all....and they would learn many things that would answer some questions and raise others still.>>
<< and so we watch.>>
